Two years ago today, Rick Santelli, a CNBC reporter, let out a rant heard round the world! He ranted about Obama’s Mortgage Bailout Plan. He was ticked. He was hot. He was mad. He then said without thinking about it -- “Let’s have a tea party.”
He had no idea his anger would light a movement never before…

The article indicates that Governor Scott used a great deal of common sense and saw that the risks of high speed rail far outweighed any potential benefits. The people of Florida just can't afford it. The news that I find appalling is that 26 of our state senators have written the governor a letter rebuking him for turning away the federal money for this project and they have also written to Transportation Secretary…

So Obama and the rest of his administration are just all in a tizzy over the recent events in Wisconsin. You see, Wisconsin’s governor is trying to get his state’s finances in order. In doing so, he is attempting to go after the most destructive force to any government budget – unions. This is causing Democrats in the area and in the Capitol to…

Truly, I'm amazed they the "power elite" have held the monetary system together this long.
I trust Govornor Scott, he is a smart man and has weighed all of the secondary costs.
First the Federal Government simply does not have the money to allocate for high-speed train.
If we know this then why would Florida want to proceed with the high-speed train.
Yes California would be a better decision, as I base my opinion on the trust I have for the people of…

Foresight is something that has not been witnessed as of late in the political arena. Hats off to Rick Scott for refusing to accept federal funds for what would likely become thousands of taxpayer-subsidized jobs. You can pay me now, or you can pay me later...I prefer to forego the short-term boost in favor of long-term stability for the State of Florida. The jobs we need are self-sustaining jobs that will provide employment in the private sector, not another round of bailouts and unionized…

Folks,
Wisconsin is trying to cut their budget and reduce public employee union power in the state. Organize for America and other organizations are busing in protesters from out of state to disrupt the legislature. Please see news reports.
Why is this important to you? If you are for limited government and responsible government spending, this shows what you are up against. In Florida, our governor is trying to cut the budget. What's going on in…

As a kid, we loved to play Red Rover during recess. The object of the game was to have two teams – with approximately 10 per team. The teams would face each other about 30 feet apart. Both teams would be holding hands with the 10 on their team.
The game went like this:

You may wish to keep abreast of this potential push back by our governor. Governor Scott has been busy, but it appears to be a good kind of busy :), and he may even get a few other states looking at his ideas to overcome the problems with medicaid and it's expense to our state.

Ladies and Gentlemen,
If you missed last nights "Speed Rating" event, you missed a good time.
The men and women of FCTP went the extra mile to make this an outstanding event.
We met so many ladies and gentlemen running for the various offices, they were all very good at answering our questions, and all seemed to be glad to be there.
My sincere thanks to the Small Business group for helping to make this a tremendous success.
Also a special thanks to both our…

Some days I wish I could stay in bed, put the pillow over my head and sleep until a new day dawns in America. I’ve tried that but I keep waking up to a sun shining through my bedroom window and a voice saying “Get up, you have to get moving and do your part.”
Today is one of those days.
We have so much to talk about and do for our country and if we were a single focus organization, it would make it easier. We are not. We are a Liberty-focused organization…

The crew on "Morning Joe" was stunned when Harvard University Professor and Senior Research Fellow at Oxford University, Niall Ferguson stated "President Obama is one of the least experienced men in terms of Foreign Policy to ever occupy the White House. And yet, he has advisers around him who are, frankly, second, if not third-rate"..."As far as I can see, Obama’s strategic (foreign policy) concept is, ‘I’m not George W. Bush – love me".

Are you better off than you were two years ago? For most people, the answer is no. Compared to two years ago, more people are unemployed, the credit markets are still a mess, businesses are still being stymied by further federal regulation, and the global community has no idea what we stand for with our…

Perhaps those who wish to beat our governor up for cutting education funding by not renewing the expenditure of the stimulus will be mindful of the Small Business Administration cut that Obama is making before they are too critical.
"The president's 2012 budget proposal slashes Small Business Administration funding by 45 percent, although the agency's 2011 total was significantly inflated because of stimulus spending."
Although I think this cut in spending will hurt the…

If you're not already aware. This is what's going on in DC while dangerous criminals are allowed back out on the streets. It's horrifying that this is happening to our citizens and veterans for protesting the hijacking of our election process. This is still happening! They are STILL being tortured and treated like full on terrorists.
You may not be aware of the typical things they're forced to go through...…
