It's a Wonderful Life Tea Party Members!

The comments section of many blog postings indicate a depressed tea party coalition.  We have a right to be depressed and worried because “Mr. Potter” has done all he can to take our country down.

We fought hard and on November 2, we won a huge battle.  We voted in conservative candidates to lead us in Washington yet before they could get there, those who were fired stole our money and our liberties.  It created a feeling of depression and despair among the people of the United States.  It is hard to find anyone who is happy right now.  If they are happy, they are the elitists and power brokers only – the common man has no skin in their games.

The comments remind me of my favorite movie, “It’s a Wonderful Life.”  I LOVE this movie.  Call me a sap yet what I love about it is the family and community that comes together to help one of their own.  When George, the main character, was lost and thought all hope was gone, his community stood up for him and came to his rescue.  After a night of contemplating suicide and wishing he had never been born, George was visited by an angel who showed him how very different life would be had he not influenced the people in his life.

It made George realize how important his job on earth was and although he would experience trials and tribulations -- his friends, his family and his community needed him and he needed them.

Why do I now see this movie as one in honor of the tea party movement?  Because you, the members of this great movement, may have given up, lost hope, and felt like it was not worth the fight.  But what we realized is that our community, our friends and our family members would all be very different if we didn’t stand up for freedom.  We HAVE made a difference and I am calling on each of you to do this:  Remind yourself of the great work we have done and the sacrifices you have made.  You have stayed the course and stood the test of time as you fought against hundreds of Mr. Potters in Washington, DC.  The work has been tough, the pay has been zero, yet the long term benefits are more than we can count.

The end of the movie is my favorite part.  George is bailed out by his friends – not the government.  They do it willing because George had always been there for them.  The community came together and the bad guy, Mr. Potter, lost.

The same will be true for America.  “Mr. Potter” will not win this battle or the war on America.  The tea party community will rescue it and will make the sacrifices necessary to see freedom alive and well for all generations to come.

It has been an honor to have worked side by side with you this year.  We believe that Christmas morning you will find a set of angel wings under the tree with your name on them.  You earned those wings this year and will need them next year as we continue this fight for liberty.

Merry Christmas Tea Party Angels!

Thanks, Billie. This post took my mind off the reason for the second amendment. I heard the politicians finally went home. When the new Congress gets sworn in I plan to remind my Senator and Representative why I voted for them. I plan to do that weekly for the first month.

There will be many battles yet to fight in this war against progressives and

establishment politicians.  We must not let down must not let down or back down.  We made a pledge to the people we supported and got elected.  We promised to HOLD THEM ACCOUNTABLE, and we must remember that and practice that.  We are now known throughout the world and are being watched worldwide.  If, we do not complete our mission to take our country back and MAKE our representatives and senators work for US and not their special interest groups, we fail, our country fails and the world as we know it will fail.  There may not be another chance to keep our country free and live under our Constitution as our forefathers intended.  Thousands have died for this country, let's not let them down.  The Tea Party is now the Leaders, not the Silent Majority still asleep.  Keep up our great movement and keep fighting. Wouldn't we rather give our time than our lives?  Merry Christmas and let God guide us in our endeavors.

I too will not give up.  This country is too precious and too much of our livelihood is at stake.  Some of the "still in office & oblivious" RINOs will have a rude awakening, I hope, when "OUR" new Congressional delegations show up in January.  God Bless America and thank you Tea Party for giving us hope.  Healthy and Happy New Year to everyone.

This is my absolute #1 favorite Christmas movie of all time.  I watch it every single Christmas and laugh at the same places and cry at the same places every year.  It is a triumph of the human spirit - good over evil - and you are so right, it's people coming together and helping one another in times of need.  We all have a little bit of George Bailey in us - the American spirit - and the Tea Party will keep Bedford Falls (America) from disintegrating into Pottersville.  The lame duck Congress has done everything in their power to do their final bit of damage to our wonderful nation, but January is coming and hopefully, prayerfully, we can start turning things around then and begin to undo some of these destructive bills that they have rammed through Congress in the past year.  They will not destroy us.  They will not.  I saw a great line in an email the other day - the name of a Christmas carol for what has happened over the past 2 weeks in Washington:  "Duck the Halls with Bills of Folly."  Merry Christmas, America.  The angels will not desert you in your time of need.  May God bless us, everyone.

RYAN NICHOLS - Hardened Criminal?? Seriously??

If you're not already aware. This is what's going on in DC while dangerous criminals are allowed back out on the streets.  It's horrifying that this is happening to our citizens and veterans for protesting the hijacking of our election process. This is still happening! They are STILL being tortured and treated like full on terrorists.

You may not be aware of the typical things they're forced to go through...…
