Heritage: Obama Couldn’t Wait: His New Christmas Tree Tax

Obama never met a tax he didn't like.  Just taking more and more of YOUR money, so he can divey it up among his friends (like the unions who are already robbing us blind) and failing green energy companies!

Newsmax: Speaker Boehner: Obama 'Shirking His Responsibilities' as Leader

Obama is too busy gossiping with others near open mikes about HIS relationship with Israel, and running for re-election.  He doesn't have time to do his job (and never did given the state of our economy).

House Speaker John Boehner pushed back hard against President Barack Obama’s ongoing campaign against congressional Republicans Tuesday, charging the president has “been AWOL running around the country giving…

Ron Paul Could Be Ensuring Barack Obama’s Re-Election

To all of my Paul-bot friends.  Turn about is fair play.

http://shark-tank.net/2011/11/08/21629/

At the very least, Republican Presidential candidate Ron Paul has been consistent in saying that he won’t “probably” will not support the Republican Presidential candidate were he to lose in the GOP primary.  There’s no reason to believe that a path to a primary victory exists for Paul, just as it didn’t in 2008.  Here’s what Paul said…

TU: Mayor Alvin Brown unveils reorganization plan for city departments

I understand the plan has not yet been put on the COJ web site, but it should appear shortly.  This is something we all need to focus on like a lazer as there are those that see some positions as equal to czars (like someone else has).  We must not allow anymore unelected officials to have the power held for elected officials, or those accountable to the people they represent, which should remain under the control of elected officials.  Be very wary as Brown also wanted to put…

Bill Nelson is at it again.

Looking forward to voting against this class A ****.  This is a thread started about an e-mail letter one of the posters just received from him.  Maybe, just maybe when I clicked the link to take me off his list it actually worked this time.

House Republican lawmakers want out of Norquist tax pledge

http://thehill.com/homenews/house/192529-house-gop-lawmakers-want-out-of-tax-pledge

Norquist’s advocacy group, Americans for Tax Reform, lists 238 House signers of its Taxpayer Protection Pledge, but several House Republicans, and at least one Democrat, now say the anti-tax group is being deceptive and want their names taken off the list.

Christmas 2011 -- Birth of a New Tradition

This came via Email from a friend and fellow patriot up in North Carolina.  It is note worthy, and although it is quite different from most of the posts I usually put up, it is well worth taking to heart.  Our local businesses need our help and what better time than Christmas to show support.

I am sure you all know local businesses that could use your…

News Busters: Occupy Troublemakers Merely Fringe, But Tea Party 'Responsible for the Behavior of People' at Rallies

News Busters calling out the New York times for the Maxist bias.  If you are 912, Jared Law has done a nice piece and thinks we should call the paper out for their bias even if we expect it of them.  He could be right!!

Will Political Correctness Come Back to bite Michael Bloomberg? The “Secret” that Media Bias is NOT Reporting.

This is well worth the read. It has some very interesting points like the DOE made loan guarantees to 168.9 million shortly after the OWS group moved into Zucotti Park and there are just so many little connections..................it will make you wonder!  Wonderful documentation.  All I's dotted and Ts crossed!

WHY is media bias keep this under wraps? Michael Bloomberg’s live-in domestic partner, Diana Taylor just so happens to sit on the board of the “private company” that…

Michael Yon: Fool’s Gold & Troops’ Blood; America's Medevac Failure

I think you will find this very interesting and also alarming that the Afghans do not honor the Geneva Convention and actually shoot at our helicopters that bear the red cross and are not armed.............it is such a problem that many of the helicopters moving the injured do not have the red cross and come in shooting and are heavily armed so they can safe guard the wounded they are removing from the field.  But I am straying, this is about not being truthful about the length…

Allred and Cain

To all our lady friends with the First Coast Tea Party:  Gloria Allred will stand with another woman today who is accusing Cain of sexual harassment.

I am taking comments as to 1) do you believe this will hurt him; 2) do you believe the accusations and 3) what do you think about Gloria Allred jumping into this?

Would love to hear your comments. I'll give you mine after I hear from you. Here's the scoop:…

TU: Duval School Board eyes link between struggling schools, inexperienced teachers

An interesting subject given the condition of many of our Jacksonville schools.  New teachers might not be the problem as many "new" teachers have been privy to the latest and the best methods of teaching.  They overall tend to be young and have a wonderful attitude and want to change the world and put their mark on their students.  And I do hesitate to blame this soley on poor teacher choices.  You can have a dynamite teacher but if they can't get the parents engaged or change…

TU: Councilman wants Jacksonville voters to decide whether to move elections

This is an important issue and for me, at least, the 2.5 million the city would save is the least important thing in this discussion.   Given the size of our city and the number of local elected offices, this, if passed, would take the spot light totally off our city elections and put it on the national elections which will not be a good thing for our city and it's residents.  You would also have people who voted for local candidates, but they would be voting blind without really…

Forbes: The Department of Health and Human Services' Death Panel

They want to kill people off apparently, and their polices will do just that. We can't get rid of these folks one minute too soon. They are a detriment to the health of every American!

RYAN NICHOLS - Hardened Criminal?? Seriously??

If you're not already aware. This is what's going on in DC while dangerous criminals are allowed back out on the streets.  It's horrifying that this is happening to our citizens and veterans for protesting the hijacking of our election process. This is still happening! They are STILL being tortured and treated like full on terrorists.

You may not be aware of the typical things they're forced to go through...…
