Allen West has a clear and crisp knowledge of the duties of our government and the way that it should be implemented. He and a handful of other Statesmen and women have been sent to Washington to deliver our message. These few are taking the lead in an effort to return our government back to the people, they need our support. The new so called freshmen members of our government need to know that they have the support of the people that put them there and they should not be intimidated by the views of the rino factions that still exist there. We have a responcibility to show them our support and to assure them that the rino faction will be delt with in 2012. My note to Senator West is to continue to use his ability to lead and to point these new members in the right direction and to inform him that he has already proven his ability as a statesman. It is your time sir, embrase it and fulfill your destiny.

I love this man. During the 2010 elections, i was listening to a candidate running against Steny Hoyer in Maryland, Charles Lollar, he is a retired Marine, i think and he was talking about how he decided to run for office. He and many of his fellow retired Marines meet weekly and they were all discussing how messed up our government, it's elected representatives and the mess our country is in, how they are not upholding, defending and protecting our U.S. Constitution and how they are undermining our very liberties and freedom,  they all made a vow to run for office agreeing that if they could go to a foreign country and put their very life on the line, in the line of fire to protect and uphold our U.S. Constitution, our liberties and freedoms, then they owe it to our country when they come home to run for office and do the same thing in a much safer environment.

Personally i was moved by his comment, that he feels so strongly and thank goodness there are many more like him, and West out there. Unfortunately he lost, Hoyer won with 64% of the vote, it was Maryland's loss in my opinion. Hoyer is one of those professional politicians that is part of the problem in our government not the solution. Great video. I love listening to elected representatives who actually speak from the heart. (without tele prompters.) His opponent called him a loose canon and a dangerous man to have in Congress! LOL! No wonder he lost to West.

Allen West... Redefining statesmanship in the tea party image. I looked up the word PRINCIPLED for curiosity and it has an interesting list of synonyms: decent, ethical, honest, just, noble, honorable, respectable, righteous, stand-up, upright, upstanding

I'm so proud he is from Florida.  It's always refreshing to hear from a person who says what he means, means what he says, and sticks to his principles.  I expect great things from him in the future.

Allen West is awesome and so right on target..he knows what is wrong and what is needed to turn our country back to prosperity. You can't fool him thank you God.
