I was going through airport security this week, in Omaha, Nebraska, which utilizes the full body scanners. I refused to be scanned and the TSA operatives didn't like it. I got the overly friendly pat down and was "allowed" to proceed. I then watched for the next hour, long lay over, as others were harassed and accosted by the TSA.

I called our senators and congressmen to complain, and they all said their offices are being inundated with similar stories of abuse. These scanners violate our civil rights and we must resist their use. November 24th is National Opt-out day.

I understand that totally John and that some of the folks who cause problems do not look like we expect. But the rules say, pat downs for people with lose fitting garmets shall receive special attention (I would call a burka a very lose fitting garment), and if we were profiling, these folks would be stepping to the head of the line as many women strap on bombs and ignite themselves. Would I want to get on a plane with one of these women who has bypassed the check..............not in a million years. And since Mr. Obama ordered this crapola, I am quite sure he will give his friends a pass (wouldn't want to make these people feel anything but special).

John, I agree with you. Many folks will follow your lead and stop flying. I plan to drive from here on until sanity is restored (and the airlines and all their employees will be voting for sanity in the next election as well I think........this is going to really hurt their bottom line).

I can't even imagine this. I couldn't even imagine this particular group would ask considering we have bent over backwards not to provile and are putting other people through an embarrassing and humiliating process just so we make it all equal. Only they don't want to be equal anymore than they want to be "equal" anywhere else in the world. They are too special and predominate to be equally treated.

What is National Opt Out Day? Can I opt out because I was sexually abused as a child and now I can't stand it when a woman touches my body in those places? I am afraid of radiation so I can't do that either.

I'm kidding on these two so all of you don't worry. I would like to know what it takes to opt out so we can. Cord???

We can't profile so you get the full works if you don't want to be over radiated, but you are gonna love this. I couldn't even believe it when I read the headlines. The very people we can't profile are opting out.......so now little old white ladies and lots of other folks who they know will not have bombs strapped to their bodies will be subjected to inhuman and humiliating so called pat downs and the folks who should get them will get a pass (mark my words, Obama will allow this).

RYAN NICHOLS - Hardened Criminal?? Seriously??

If you're not already aware. This is what's going on in DC while dangerous criminals are allowed back out on the streets.  It's horrifying that this is happening to our citizens and veterans for protesting the hijacking of our election process. This is still happening! They are STILL being tortured and treated like full on terrorists.

You may not be aware of the typical things they're forced to go through...…
