Thanks Leanne! I've joined the news/research/writing team -- that's probably where I can do the most good. I'll start asking questions and seeing what I can do there. :)

Mike, hello.. We had a SS Group and sadly it folded due to low attendance. If you would be interested in trying to get it started again I would love to talk with you..For now do not let it stop you from going to one of the other groups. You would certainly be welcomed to join them. If you have any questions about the FCTP or would like to get involved I would be more than happy to talk with you. Check out the events and going any meeting anytime.. We need all hands on deck.. And welcome to the FCTP!!! Thanks for coming out here and checking out the site..We are working to improve this too.  Leanne

Hmm. Too bad there's not a Southside group. That's where I'm located.

I am a member of a community group and had an idea for an event supporting the 2nd Amendment rights. Don't know exactly what it will look like but I put my ideas on paper and called the office. Education, outreach, fundraising, etc. Who can we involve and how big can we go? We are going to have a meeting January 24th from 6:00-7:30 at the Tea Party office. Come join us!

Bring forward some ideas and suggestions! I agree we need to be out in the community. I hear your frustration. The leaders have been working hard and there are only so many people. The more members of community groups that join us to help and plan an event the more ideas and focused energy we create! All of us need to participate!

I felt the exactly the same as you do and then I realized, I am the Tea Party!

George, we are working hard at doing just want you and others want. I would encourage you to go to a Community Meeting and find out the details of the work for 2013 and to volunteer to get involved. YOUR TEA PARTY needs active involvement. There are many areas where people can make a difference. Rally's are fine and they do motive however, that is not where the real work gets done. There is a march on DC coming up, it is a National movement if you wish to attend I will send you the details. We have a 4/15 Rally meeting coming up and a meeting for a fundraiser in support of the 2nd Amendment.( The members are the ones who make these things happen.) 1/19 is 2nd Amendment Appreciation day, hope to see you supporting that at a local venue. Come to the office any Thurs. at noon, bring your lunch and join others who are one their own making a difference.  Want to work on plans for the 2014 Election? Let me know. Want to work in the Finance area? We are funded totally on the donations. Want to help with social media?  We have a twitter account which needs an expert, we need news of the day posted on the website, we need research done. There is not one person who receives a nickel for their time and I assure you that the work that does get done is done by the few who are giving it their all. More results, more people working.

I look forward to meeting you and working with you one day soon. Leanne

I'm wondering when the Tea Party will stop talking and start doing something about our government. We need to hold rallies, march on Washington and get in the face of the main stream media. Please, our country needs us now more than ever before.

RYAN NICHOLS - Hardened Criminal?? Seriously??

If you're not already aware. This is what's going on in DC while dangerous criminals are allowed back out on the streets.  It's horrifying that this is happening to our citizens and veterans for protesting the hijacking of our election process. This is still happening! They are STILL being tortured and treated like full on terrorists.

You may not be aware of the typical things they're forced to go through...…
