Happy New Year: Sharing my Resolution

I wrote this in hopes you will join me and others to create a habit in 2012 that is better than any other resolution you can make.  Learn about your rights and protect your liberties!

My New Year's Resolution

2010 is gone and a new year is here
Liberty rejoiced as new patriots appeared

The 2012 Congress is coming soon next week
With Constitutions in hand aloud they will speak

The words of the document will ring loud and clear
As We the People stand and cheer

Our founders’ spirits will be there too
As we stand together for the red, white and blue

Add one more resolution to your list today
Recite the Preamble every day

The words free the shackles of a patriot's soul

They freedom they give us is more precious than gold

It’s fun to recite, it’s not hard to do
If Leo can do it, you can too!

Billie, so sorry to hear about the ankle and all the bruised spots that are hurting.  Must have been a heck of fall.  Happy New Year and thank you for sharing your uplifting poem.

Great Jacqueline, I am Irish, Cherokee and Jewish. Here is the Prayer " May the road rise to meet you. May the wind be always at your back. May the sunshine warm upon your face, the rains fall soft upon your fields, and until we meet again, May God hold you in the palm of his hand." Happy New Year everyone.

Thanks, Billie!  You are the absolute greatest!  I, too, am looking forward to getting on to the 2012 elections.  You have provided much needed comic relief for me this morning to compensate for the scant 5 hours of sleep I got last night.  Freudian slip notwithstanding, HAPPY NEW YEAR for 2011, too!

Thanks, also, for all of your hard work in 2010 that made a huge contribution to the conservative tide that swept over Florida and the U.S. House of Representatives. You led us, worked with us, taught us, made us successful, and celebrated with us.  We very much appreciate you and all you do for us and for the Tea Party movement and its success that is now being recognized on the national level.  You have been and are a true patriot.

I also want to wish a very HAPPY NEW YEAR to all First Coast Tea Party patriots.  Here is a toast...  "May the wind be always at your back, and may God hold you in the hollow of his hands." I confess, I'm not Irish, but I truly mean every word of it.

Right ankle is slightly broken with a big sprain.  My left knee is now giving me a fit.  And, my right elbow is sore and bruised.

Other than that, all is well!

Thanks for asking.

Very good Billie, have not seen an update on the ankle. Hope it is well. Love the resolutions also would add this we will fight to put God back in our daily lives. Back to Pledge of Alliance and Prayer in our schools and government. Get rid of ACLU, fight the SEIU and back on track as the greatest Nation on the Planet.

So simple a two year old can do it.  Maybe they should play this at the 112th.  I wonder how many of our congress could recite it so well?

RYAN NICHOLS - Hardened Criminal?? Seriously??

If you're not already aware. This is what's going on in DC while dangerous criminals are allowed back out on the streets.  It's horrifying that this is happening to our citizens and veterans for protesting the hijacking of our election process. This is still happening! They are STILL being tortured and treated like full on terrorists.

You may not be aware of the typical things they're forced to go through...…
