A Ray of Hope: Radical Judge Liu Defeated

In the gloomy aftermath of the Brown win in Jacksonville, there is a ray of hope and encouragement. The very radical Judge Goodwin Liu was defeated for a seat on the 9th Circuit. That bench needs another liberal like Florida needs more mosquitoes. Judge Liu believes in a "living Constitution" or one that can accommodate every one of Judge Liu's radical fantasies. He believes in Constitutional rights to same sex marriage, abortion of any kind, welfare, and the judicial  right to legislate from the bench. The ABA, now a wing of the Democratic Party, endorsed him. Yet the Republicans fillibustered and Liu was defeated.

So we of the FCTP have some encouragement. Thank God.

A huge concern of mine is after this week folks go on a one week vacation.  Is this the actual end of this guy or could Obama sneak him in against the wishes of the senate?  I am never sure of these things, and heaven knows he has made soooo  many appointments without senate approval and would love to make them all that way (when hell freezes over I hope).

This is still happening! They are STILL being tortured and treated like full on terrorists.

You may not be aware of the typical things they're forced to go through...…
