Northeast Florida Parents Against Common Core

Attention- need your help! ALL of the Stop Common Core Groups need your calls to Senator Greg Evers (R-Pensacola) tonight. If not tonight, then tomorrow!!

We need his companion bill to Rep's Debbie Mayfield's HB 25. We were told he was writing one up but as you know there are those who support CC who will be pressuring him to not proceed and telling him the bill isn't necessary after the Feb 18th FLDOE meeting. We NEED this bill!! His bill would pause the implementation of CC, at least for a period of time.

There is no more time left! This is it!!! We have to inundate his office tonight and tomorrow! Please be polite, respectful, grateful, encouraging and supportive!

It seems they are taking the approach many do.  If you ignore it, it will go away.  They ignore the people at their own risk although I hate to say it, but things will be far worse if we end up with good ole Charlie (whatever party he is affilitated with now).  Crist's main thing is the voting, so he apparently can't really talk about anything important, can he?
