Times 24/7: House Democrats are trained to play race card

Gee, I bet this will come as a surprise to everyone!   Given we have all been called racists for 3 or 4 years straight, I would have thought they already went through adequate training, wouldn't you????

Times Union: Florida schools won't be held accountable for low FCAT writing scores

I guess my question would be..............and these folks screamed about not getting enough money?  And what pray tell are they doing with all that money besides hiring more administrators, because it is clearly evident it is not going towards educating the children in our public propaganda (schools) centers.

American Thinker: Discouraged Democrat Voters May Mean Historic Sweep for GOP

Certainly very interesting when you look at some of the facts involved.  Let us hope they are right as another 4 years of these folks will be the death knell for our country.

Local Jacksonville News from the Times Union (and a couple of state articles as well)

I have included some state news as well this week as there were a couple of interesting articles.  There wasn't much compared to other weeks and as I stated, if you would like a copy of  a letter from one of our councilmen about the courthouse furniture or you don't get Mayor Brown's newletters and would like to see who is donating money to the city to do some things we might not otherwise be able to do, let me know and I will be very happy to…

Marco Rubio Letter about the UN. Well worth the read and some support if you agree with him.

A member of our group has written a letter to his representatives about the United Nations, and the response he received from Senator Rubio is below.  I thought it was a good letter which responded well to the member, and I am hoping you will read it as it lets us know where Senator Rubio stands on the UN.

TU: PolitiJax: Florida Supreme Court rules in favor of term limits for counties

What a shame Mr. Cook doesn't think the voters have a right to impose term limits................the final decisions is now out, and yes we do have a right to term limit folks!!

......................................................................

An opinion released by the Florida Supreme Court Thursday makes clear that charter counties — like Clay and Duval — can impose term limits on local elected…

TU: Mayor's bills on downtown, incentives get halting start in Jacksonville Council review

No more boards, commissions or anything that growns budget wise year after year after year until it eats us alive and forces us to pay separately for the one thing the city government is responsible for ...........  city services!  As it is, the city government has now grown to the point it is not longer responsive and no one seems to be checking closely behind those who have been authorized to provide various services.  Look at all the money wasted by certain commissions because…

TU: Jacksonville mayor as CEO: Alvin Brown consolidating control on a business model

Personally, it is worrisome to me that the Mayor is trying to bring everything under his control and take it out from under control of our city councilmen and women who are our representatives.  I certainly understand the mayor also represents the people of Jacksonville, but power consolidated under any one person is never good for represenative government as we have quickly found out in Washington with a president who ignores our congress and threatens our supreme court justices.   Mayor…

TU: Fact Check: Does a new law restrict protests and violate the First Amendment?

Well worth the read as the writer of the commentary has pulled information from several sources.  Not slanted.   We might all well remember what Benjamin Franklin said:  Benjamin Franklin said:  "They who can give up essential liberty to obtain a  little temporary safety, deserve neither liberty nor safety".   If anyone thinks all these liberty robbing rules these elitist legislatures are  coming up with are for your benefit, understand they are not. …

TU: Redrawn Florida congressional maps mean competitive elections for First Coast

This is very important and could mean BAD things for us and the state.  Now everyone should fully understand what the fair districts referendums on the ballot were meant to do and many thought it was to dispose of the gerrymandered districts (which it most certainly did not do).  And they were not about fair districts, and the big clue was contained in who the folks were who ran the campaign to get them on the ballot to start with.…

TU: Issue of used furniture for Duval courthouse still unsettled

I suspect this will be an ongoing issue for some time, but with a budget deficit of almost 60 million dollars it seem foolhardy and silly to put us further in debt buying new furniture for the new, very overpriced, courthouse.

Whether you like Romney or not, this story reveals the true measure of this man

Great article and Snopes backs it up totally.  Romney truly did this and it speaks volumes about the kind of person he is and how he raised his children!  This is a share with comments from the patriot who sent it.

I have no faith that the mainstream media will tell a story like this. It doesn't fit their model of who they want to be…

Spoof: Obama's new Indian name is "Walking Eagle"

Into each life a little humor.  I couldn't help myself!  This has been used on several unpopular politicians, but it is still funny!

President BARACK OBAMA was invited to address a major gathering of the American Indian Nation two weeks ago. At the conclusion of his…

TU: With city help, conference promotes preservation, sustainability as next wave

First of all, please note the words "with city help".  As far as I am concerned, this is the same as the "doggie park" we can't afford.  I also take exception with them using the words "preservation has become rarified".  It might be rarified here in Jacksonville, but it is alive and well in countless cities and has been right along!  It is the Jacksonville mentality held by a couple of mayors that wanted to tear down anything old and replace it with things like the Taj Mahall…

Tea Party Economist: U.S. Army Manual for Internment Camps

A while back, a fellow patriot sent me a link to several areas in the Army Manual that explain what was to be done, and this is not about 3rd world countries (it would be right here on US soil in the internment camps set up around the country as well).  As I have just posted an article explaining why the federal government all of a sudden needs to be heavily armed..............as they plan to shoot and kill US citizens to squash any uprising of US citizens and to keep their job…

Beacon Equity Research: “We are Preparing for Massive Civil War,” Says DHS Informant

For all of you who wondered why the US Government was buying huge quantities of amunition (and specifically bullets that are outlawed because there is no hope of survival with these bullets that rip your insides apart basically...............the reason they were outlawed and these folks apparently plan to turn the US into a Syria).  The plan apparently is to use these bullets on US citizens who try to fight what will take place now that Obama has all but destroyed us economically…

Terry Anderson's "Not Exactly" list for some of the statements made by Obama

A friend sent me this in an Email today, and I thought I would share it with you, because someone has gone to a whole lot of work putting this list together. It is a list of some, but not all the stories and half truths told to the American public and rebuttal of each and every one of them.

Daily Mail: Four Georgia men arrested for 'beating to death' ex-Marine who survived TWO tours of duty in Iraq

Another senseless attack and this time it resulted in the death of a marine who did two tours of duty in Iraq and was only 34 years old.  This is horrendous and can't image what the perpetrators of this crime could have been thinking or maybe they were thinking.

RYAN NICHOLS - Hardened Criminal?? Seriously??

If you're not already aware. This is what's going on in DC while dangerous criminals are allowed back out on the streets.  It's horrifying that this is happening to our citizens and veterans for protesting the hijacking of our election process. This is still happening! They are STILL being tortured and treated like full on terrorists.

You may not be aware of the typical things they're forced to go through...…
