We are less than 13 months away from what very well may be the most important election in the history of our Republic.
It's time we identify which Representatives, of both parties, deserve retaining and which need to hit the road. Unless we begin looking beyond just our own districts we will be at the mercy of the National Political…

In June of this year, our outgoing Mayor was pushing through a special deal for Everbank. The local tea party did not think it was right to use taxpayer dollars to move a bank from the south side of town to downtown at a cost of $2.75 million in incentives.
In June, Ron Littlepage, a Commentary for the Florida Times Union, made a statement “Those who were urging the council to…

We received the Morning Bell Report from Heritage today and found it very disturbing.
The one thing the Federal Government is in charge of according to our Constitution is National Defense. Instead of spending time passing regulations about the kinds of fruits and vegetables our children should eat, they should spend their time ensuring the safety of the American people. This is their…

It does not seem to matter how many times you explain what really caused the housing crash, folks seem to want to blame it on those who were not responsible for getting us in this mess. If you want the culprits, you could start by looking at Barnie Frank (and he had help in congress from other democrats). Sadly, Obama is doing the same thing all over again............kind of the insanity thing where you keep doing the same thing over and over expecting a different result each…

It will be very difficult to say much about this now, won't it??? This is Obama's own party!

The Senate defeated President Barack Obama's job-creation package on Tuesday in a sign that Washington is likely too paralyzed to take major steps to spur hiring before the 2012 elections.
As voting continued, opponents had amassed more than the 40 votes…

I was recently asked by a Liberal how the Tea party protesting at thier events was any different than what the OWS is doing right now. I almost blew my top. But instead I kept my head and used the following explanation.
"The tea party is made up of responsible, taxpaying, patriotic, American Citizens that work hard to make a living (some are business owners) and are tired of having thier rights infringed upon, tired of paying high taxes and funding BS programs so losers and lazy…

It has become very clear we have several people here at FCTP, who are what i would call agitators. They are not interesting in truly being a TeaParty member but are trying to cause arguments and upset discourse amongst members.
Can you guess who these people are? Usually they end up in personal attacks and trying to sling mud after it is discovered…

As I waited to board my plane out of DC, the one we were to take landed from Ohio. As the passengers came off the plane and walked past us, I thought I recognized some of them. They had this glassy eyed look; a smug expression; t-shirts with Marxist images; and dirty back packs. I thought, “Where had I had seen them…

As one might expect, Soros is in the thick of the Occupy Wall Street fiasco. He is their patron saint and all the while this gets the sunshine off the Obama policies that are making our economy even sicker than it needs to be and also taking the sunlight off all those Washington politicians that forced banks to make loans to those who could not afford them, because they thought everyone should own a home. They were not alone, but they pushed what started this mess we are in and…

According to Eye on US Education chair, Sheri Krass, American history, government, English and geography textbooks are biased against American exceptionalism, free-markets, and American military strength. The textbooks support "social justice" socialism, UN Globalism, and have a strong pro-Muslim, anti-Christian bias. The educational establishment that buys and teaches using these textbooks will not be defeated in an election. They are unelected bureaucrats and can be defeated only with…

Several months ago, I read an article which included some interesting information. This article repeats it. The communist party used to run a candidate for president in every election and then, they said they stopped doing it after the democratic party accepted their platform as their own. Yup that's right. It isn't the old democratic party of your great grandfather; it is now the communist party hiding behind a screen and calling themselves the democratic party! For those…

This is a pretty comprehensive assessment (which you can agree or not agree with), but it seems pretty fair and unbiased in its evaluations.
Earlier this week, I focused on what I personally don’t like about each of the candidates.
Today, with the race rapidly consolidating into a three man race, it is time to have a very frank conversation about…

No surprises here and hmmm the New York Times so we know it is so unbiased (not). The unions should add a nice violent touch to everything! Funny how the tea party got next 2 no coverage even when 1.5 million showed up in DC, but one of the union fellows seems to think they were slighted when 100,000 showed up for something!
Labor unions joined Occupy Wall Street protesters on Wednesday in a rally on the steps of the state…
