Very interesting, and it is about time as well. I hope an impeachment is in the offing. I understand the senate members from both sides of the isle are very angry about this whole episode. And where will this authoritarian tyrant stop if they do not stop him?

There is going to be a "special city council" meeting on January 12th which is this coming Thursday, beginning at 9:30 AM and going until all comments are made and the council has made some sort of decision on the police and fire pensions. Mayor Brown, thankfully, rejected a special magistrate's suggested settlement which was actually worse for the city than what was already agreed upon by the mayor and the unions. That, however, is not the reason I am posting today.
The time for…

Obama is such a bad president that those in the cause of liberty reflexively oppose anything he proposes. We all know that the nation is over 15 trillion dollars in debt, a debt on unborn generations, a debt that will likely never be repaid. Most people with even basic economic literacy admit that the size of government must decrease. Progressives do not want any decrease in social welfare programs while conservatives refuse to consider any cuts to national defense. Each side…

The "anonymous” progressive tipsters are offering their "information" again. This time their target is Rick Santorum. Actually, his wife. The info is that Karen had an abortion and it is released only on FB. This move applies Saul Alinsky Rule for Power Tactic: #4 Make the enemy live up to their own book of rules. If this gets traction on FB it will probably be publicized by the msm…

Our incumbent Member of Congress, Ander Crenshaw, voted to bail out the Wall Street bankers to the tune of $750 billion, voted to increase the debt limit by $2.4 trillion, and is part of the leadership in the out-of-control spending plaguing our country. Anyone discouraged, dismayed, and disgusted with business-as-usual in Washington D.C. should check out the webpage: www.KLAUDER4CONGRESS.com. If the reasons for wanting to retire Mr. Crenshaw…

According to how one believes mankind began, either in the Garden of Eden, or by primordial oozes evolving into the egocentric /altruistic beings that populate the planet Earth, mankind has always lived in a world of defecation. I tend to believe that Adam and Eve had to take care of business from time to time, and I also believe the primordial oozes were constantly in contact with this fact of life and if we came from that, we can survive in any situation on Earth.
I know you are…

I have also posted the video by Allen West, and I think it might be wise to also watch that as it is the flip side of this piece by the 10th Amendment Center. This article brings up something I have grave concerns about and that is quite simply how others will read this and how law enforcement, the courts (certain judges depending on their political bent) and anyone else involved in an event that might invoke use of this legislation. There in lies the problem with anything like…

As of yesterday Mitt Romney won the Iowa Caucus by 8 votes with Rick Santorum coming in second and Ron Paul third at 3,788 votes less than Rick. Michelle Bachmann dropped out after rating 6th place in the caucus. Romney held steady at the 25% he had since February, no more, no less. 75% of the electors were scattered among the other 6 candidates.
Rick Santorum and Michelle Bachmann were the most conservative of the Republican candidates going into the caucus…

And just in case you thought the usurper was happy with the one appointment he made earlier today, he also appointed 3 people to the labor relations board that the republicans planned to leave empty, so Obama cronies could not do any more damage using this board than they already have.

If this doesn't scare you, it should. It is further errosion of our free market system by trying to blur the lines and allow government to mandate what businesses do by pulling them into their web.

This is not something I can't comprehend. The senate did not shut down for break as explained in the article. They have kept people there to prevent this sort of thing from happening, and this man was already voted down (the senate did not have the 60 votes needed; it only got 53). They are going to have to find a way to stop this man from taking the position because Obama does not have the authority, as far as I am concerned, to make this appointment at all, and we as a…

On the morning of the last day of 2011 Ted, Lu and Patty set out in their rental car to find persons of interest in Des Moines, Iowa.
After getting lost several times, we finally arrived at Java Joe's Coffee House, where the day before "Occupiers" made a scene and were thrown out by the owner of the business, named Amy and a police escort. We were hoping that perhaps today would offer similar excitement and colorful customers. However, today all was calm and orderly. We…

I reviewed an article provided by another tea party member on one of the blogs, and I found myself checking our own states recall laws. I thought I would share them with you!
Only 11 states have laws allowing for recall of federal officials (it should be an option in every state when your federal officials pass laws that are so heneous they should be removed from office for their action in voting in those laws if they did vote in favor of…

This article should make many of you feel better, but the worst of it is that only 11 states can recall federal elected officials according to what I found, but this indicates only 9..................it should be available to all states and most especially if the oath to office has been violated as it clearly has for each person who voted yes. Perhaps if the fear of recall was upon them, they were be far more careful of voting for anything unconstitutional that violates their…

If you're not already aware. This is what's going on in DC while dangerous criminals are allowed back out on the streets. It's horrifying that this is happening to our citizens and veterans for protesting the hijacking of our election process. This is still happening! They are STILL being tortured and treated like full on terrorists.
You may not be aware of the typical things they're forced to go through...…
