You know I've been wondering why ,with all the millions of dogs in shelters all over the country that the government hasn't latched onto the idea of taking these dogs and training them to do explosives work.I'm sure of those millions of unwanted dogs there are thousands upon thousands of dogs who would have the right stuff for the job.And they could be obtained at a fraction of the cost of machines and trained .And the'd probably be a hell of alot more professional than most of the TSA agents ,some of whom couldn't get a job as a greeter at Wal mart. That would be a win win situation IMO. But I guess its just too logical and doesn't enrich politicians with stakes in 4th amendment crushing companies and doesn't give government a chance to treat Americans as criminals by allowing them to do naked body searches.

Thanks to Tracy, below, for puting in the two links.
We need to ALL go to this link: http://www.optoutday.com/

and make sure to scroll down and watch Ron Paul's speech on the House floor.
I am ashamed of myself for not giving this man every ounce of support we should have ALL given him during the 2008 election cycle. He is ten times the man and patriot of John McCain.

Interesting article Tracy. I am glad they found it. The other possibility is a dry run?

The thing is, they say all these people are "well trained", and I guess my question is well trained in what? Sexual assault? To bad Mr. Obama made such an issue of making Israel our enemy so to speak. They might have been willing to share some of their ideas with us on how to make people safe without violating their rights and freedom. The answer to everything with Obama and his merry bunch of freedom tramplers is more power and control for themselves and less for the people. They are totally ignorant and don't think beyond the noses on their faces. Many people fly frequently or at least often enough to be eliminated from any suspicion and certainly the pilots and crews need not be subjected to this assault or radiation? I don't think this is about making people safer; I think it is about demoralizing the American people who were foolish enough to vote democrats out of congress and the senate. I also think the TSA guy saying they would not back down is a sign of coming attractions. Lord help us if we have to put up with this sort of thing for 2 more years. The man kept saying 9/11 which was almost 10 years ago. How in heavens name can they tie what they are doing right now to 9/11?

Now I'd like the TSA to tell me again how molesting American citizens stops luggage bombs that originate in foreign countries?Isn't this the second try at a luggage bomb? It seems like the terrorists have moved on but the idiots that run the TSA have not.
My thought is that they want to do strip searches not for safety but for conditioning American citizens to give away their 4th amendment rights. These machines will be everywhere if we don't take a stand soon.

Guilty Until Proven Innocent? Who is standing up for 4th Amendment Rights in America? And who is profitting from scanner sales?

4th Amendment, unreasonable search. You have committed no crime, but I guess what they are trying to say is they suspect you of committing a crime? Not sure which but since they don't have any proof you have done anything wrong, how do they get to basically strip search which is what the scanner does or sexually assault you? Nutso, and this president and these wack jobs in Washington are round the bend if they think this will fly. And they plan to put these machines everywhere (imagine the people they will make sick and kill with the radiation)..........malls, office buildings, railroad stations, bus stations etc etc. They are nuts.

Eric, it is true not everyone can refuse to fly, but you can limit how often you do it and learn how effective you can be with video conferencing, when possible. For those of us who travel for enjoyment or to visit family, metaphorically and realistically, the airlines can shove it until they resolve this ridiculous intrusion.

RYAN NICHOLS - Hardened Criminal?? Seriously??

If you're not already aware. This is what's going on in DC while dangerous criminals are allowed back out on the streets.  It's horrifying that this is happening to our citizens and veterans for protesting the hijacking of our election process. This is still happening! They are STILL being tortured and treated like full on terrorists.

You may not be aware of the typical things they're forced to go through...…
