"The United States exists in two forms:

1. The original United States that was in operation until 1860; a collection of sovereign Republics in the union. Under the original
Constitution the States controlled the Federal Government; the Federal
Government did not control the States and had very little authority.

2. The original United States has been usurped by a separate and different UNITED STATES formed in 1871, which only controls the District
of Columbia and it’s territories, and which is actually a corporation
(the UNITED STATES CORPORATION) that acts as our current government. The
United States Corporation operates under Corporate/Commercial/Public
Law rather than Common/Private Law.

The original Constitution was never removed; it has simply been dormant since 1871. It is still intact to this day. This fact was made clear by
Supreme Court Justice Marshall Harlan (Downes v. Bidwell, 182, U.S. 244
1901) by giving the following dissenting opinion: “Two national
governments exist; one to be maintained under the Constitution, with all
its restrictions; the other to be maintained by Congress outside and
Independently of that Instrument.” "

"The rewritten Constitution of the UNITED STATES CORPORATION bypasses the original Constitution for the United States of America, which
explains why our Congressmen and Senators don’t abide by it, and the
President can write Executive Orders to do whatever he/she wants. They
are following corporate laws that completely strip sovereigns of their
God given unalienable rights. Corporate/Commercial/Public Law is not
sovereign (private), as it is an agreement between two or more parties
under contract. Common Law (which sovereigns operate under) is not
Commercial Law; it is personal and private.

The Restore America Plan reclaimed the De Jure institutions of government of the 50 State Republics in order to restore Common Law that represents the voice of the people and ends Corporate Law that ignores
the voice of the people while operating under
Maritime/Admiralty/International Law. This occurred when warrants were
delivered to all 50 Governors on March 30, 2010.

The Constitution is not confusing. Read as it is. It is a literal document. The reason people saay the Constitution is confusing is because they try to read into it what they think it says not what it actually says.

This left wing looney mentality is what will destroy this nation if we don't get a good hold on all 3 branches of our Government in 2012. In addition to ridding the 3 branches of the Dumocrats we need to clean our house too. Collins Snowe, Murkowski, Scott, Voinovich, Kirk, Begich, Lugar, and Bennett and I'm not too sure about Graham all need to go. Thanks Billie for this video it should wake us up.

Just goes to show how utterly naieve and ignorant a good majority of the media are with regard to their country.   I guess their "mommy" still dresses them every morning and changes their diaper regularly.  At least, I would hope so.....

Sadly, I think a lot of the Senators and Representatives in DC think we all are a bunch of dumb idiots, along with much of the media.  We do have a tough job ahead of us, letting them know that we believe in the strict interpretation of the Constitution and the Oath of Office should be taken very seriously.  I am convinced that even our President does not take the Oath and the Constitution serious.  He is looking to G. Sorus for his guidance.  Sad, Sad, Sad. Only God can help our Country,  we must be praying daily for guidance from God, for our country and for the few Godly leaders that we have.   SOME ARE TRYING TO DESTROY  US.  They do not believe in our Free Enterprise System.

It is frightening to see a young person so ignorant of something as important as our Constitution. It (the Constitution) is only a remarkable brilliant, enlightening piece of work that led a nation to become the most successful, prosperous nation in the history of mankind.  When we followed it, it worked.  Unfortunately we have people like this immature reporter, who are misinformed and ignorant about our founders, and what they tried to protect.  Maybe if he would try to read the Constitution and realize it's importance he would then be useful.  He needs to learn the moral and cultural lessons that keep a society free and safe.  Just look at what is happening because we are ignoring much of the Constitution:  drugs, gangs, unnatural sexual practices, divorces, organized crime, child neglect and in too many cases child abuse, drunkeness, debt, pornography, rampant corruption in our politics, big corrupt government making themselves very wealthe at the expense of our great country.  There are many other insane practices, that if the Constitution was followed, would be largely eliminated.

It is a sorry day when we have a stupid, ignorant, unread person in the media speaking about something they have no idea what they are talking about.  I

I cannot believe the reporter had the gall to say that the Constitution has no binding power.  I suppose he is implying that the oath of office is now meaningless.  I see two possible interpretations regarding the comment that the Constitution being confusing.  The first, our education system has fallen so far that people cannot master the level of the English language at which our Constitution is written.  The second being that “confusing” may be a smoke screen because the Constitution has been so terribly ignored they are afraid if people notice what lies within, they will discover the government is much more powerful than the authors has intended.  The word “confusing” is often thrown at literature that liberals don’t want their useful idiots to read.  Another favorite document they throw the word confusing at is the Bible.  After all, if people looked what lies within it, they would become God fearing Christians and no longer worship big government.

RYAN NICHOLS - Hardened Criminal?? Seriously??

If you're not already aware. This is what's going on in DC while dangerous criminals are allowed back out on the streets.  It's horrifying that this is happening to our citizens and veterans for protesting the hijacking of our election process. This is still happening! They are STILL being tortured and treated like full on terrorists.

You may not be aware of the typical things they're forced to go through...…
