Yeah I know using logic doesn't apply to most now-a-day so I shouldn't think like that it puts me at odds with so many people.  I try not to use it but my brain doesn't think like that.

 

I'm glad you came to some sort of conclusion that doesn't require you to destroy your TV I'm sure that has saved you a lot of money.

I understand everyone is upset about the rules being applied differently from the Tea Party to the OWS movement.  It aggravates me when stuff like this happens too but everyone seems to be missing what I see as the real problem.  The real problem is the rule itself.  How does that protect life, liberty, or property and I don't believe that after 2' it all of a sudden is dangerous.  Also the video says that it is only a law around the capital building.  If it is really a danger to have a pole longer then 2' wouldn't it stand to reason that it is dangerous everywhere in the state so shouldn't they have made a law that kept 'the whole state safe' and not just around the capital.  Hell when you are carrying a pole you have it up in the air so people can see it not laying horizontally on your shoulder so how is it dangerous.  When was the last time someone got their eye stabbed out by a pole longer then 2'

 

We should all be more upset that the law was even made in the first place.  If it wasn't made in the first place we wouldn't have to worry about it.  If we want this country to return to a country based on liberty and freedom we have to roll back all intrusions into our freedom and liberty even ones as small as this.

What about the length of the TENT poles that the squatters are using?  Why don't they count--for our safety? Even war protesters were told to disband once they were breaking the law--which all these squatters are doing. Otherwise, let's let the homeless occupy those tents!

as long as we follow the rules we will be ruled.  Occupy the Govt. (OTG) all retires get in your motorhomes and OTG land that is yours.  All of us tht. r retired give up cushy lives and OCCUPY.  Retire, take SS, take 401k, IRA's, private svgs.. file for extension April15, 2012.  Find parks and stay there.  Get your generators fired up for the cold nites.  The only reason OWS succeed is that they show up in numbers and the police is on their side.  Does anyone think that the police will protect the people that follow the rules?  WI proved that the police r on the rules breakers side, they r union thugs in uniforms.

"TEA Partier Force to Break Down Flag Pole", But those pointless Demonstrators are not. 

SIR Edmund Burke quoted that; "THE ONLY THING NEEDED FOR THE TRIUMPH OF evil is for GOOD MEN AND WOMEN TO DO NOTHING".  We have leaders of this organization, We supports the organization financially, we attend meetings. So therefore we urges our trusted leaders to do the right thing. Today on the video is an evidence of a lopsided law in favor of the other side. (As always) Where is the equality. I suggest that our leaders will fight back, file a compliant, let it known to the whole world. Adios.
