O.K., LEE; You worry about the status of Ft. Collins, I'll worry about Duval County, Florida. If there are any others that had a problem of realizing I was drawing a parallel. First, that in ANY COUNTY, ANY STATE, U.S.A., the SHERIFF is the highest constitutional Officer of the Law; in that particular county. Even in Napoleanic Lousiana, they have sheriffs. Could that be because it is of Norman-French derivation? Yes, it is much more fun for me to set back and watch this county/city be destroyed by apathetic citizens.

This incident took place in Fort Collins, Colorado. Sheriff Rutherford has no jurisdiction there!

Where does Sheriff Rutherford stand? With the citizens of Duval County; or the “FEDERALES”? The only thing we have to make this judgement on his his neglect of laws regarding criminal invasion, benefitting perhaps his campaign donors, the construction and real estate industry locally.
The “supremacy clause” is dealt with in Mack/Printz, in which the U.S. Supreme Court stated once and for all, that the only thing “supreme” is the Constitution itself. Where by the powers, the Sheriff reigns supreme above the president.
Does there remain any governmental Horatius who can stand in the gap; who can lead the Battle for America and restore the Constitution? There is. Lock and load, mount up and prepare for the return of the Sheriff.

I have lost friends, because they 'jumped' the gun, believe, my brother, BILL and Randy had not kept in close contact with friends. They tried to do it alone......... Believe me YOU WILL know the right time. Everyone will know, and it IS NOT predictable. Just as the Colonists knew!

If "they" (whoever that is) want you bad enough, then there are no precautions you can take that would be effective. Slow 'em down maybe, but "they" will get you in the end.
My point is don't say or do anthing overt that brings more attention to yourself than you already have. Bide your time and be patient. If you don't think the rest of us aren't also impatient for more, then you are not reading between the lines.
Who knows when the right time will be? Sun Tzu said, "Attack him (the enemy) where he is unprepared, appear where you are not expected".

Kurt, and there are 2 more bills in the works, but they have not yet gone for a vote. I am going to put something together and post it, and we better get busy telling our folks NO. They apparently think if they insulate themselves with unconstitutional bills allowing them to do whatever they want with folks who come after them for turning themselves into little dictators that can't be criticized without the person doing the criticized having the fear losing their US citizenship (and that is what one bill is all about), they need to be held accountable. I do not, for one minute, blame Montana for trying to recall their senators.

lee philips i've been on the government watch list for bout 15 years not scared. apparently mr philips you have not read all my posts that i post on here.go back and read them i've been harrassed by the BATF,IRS been followed pulled over,been threatend. my familys life has been threatend by the government but i'm still talking trying to wake up the puplic. they aren't going to anything because i've taken precautions, plus my faith in GOD is great. he's not going to let anything happen to me thats not suppose to.
hey fred when is the rite time? the rite time has come and gone it's just a matter of time now before they start their take over. belive me if you want to or not i don't care any more, all y''all wanna do is talk.and wait on the elections don't y'all know that the elections will be fixed if not taken away. i've read already this morning that OBAMA has signed away the 4th admenment to our consitution. how much longer are you people going to wait? probably till it's to late then what you gonna do?as your familys are being taken away never to be seen or heard from again.

RYAN NICHOLS - Hardened Criminal?? Seriously??
