Patricia, Ohio has a Republican governor and secratary of state. I am certain if there were issues they would be all over it. Romney lost. Even if he had won Ohio he lost. As a matter of fact if he had won Ohil and Florida he still would have lost. He lost because he didn't really like us that much. He considers us a chain around the neck of ubervultures. He is Gordon Gecko. He will be happier. But he is bitter now. No one told him no enough as a boy.

He testified that Tom Feeney, former Republican Representative  from Florida (24th congressional district) hired him to do it. According to Feeney it was a part of a project to investigate how feasible vote fraud  through computerized systems might be and not an investigation of what actually happened. No laws were violated. Proceedures are now in place to control for this type of tampering.

Its a bit misleading to post MUST SEE NOW TOOK PLACE TODAY about testimony from 2004 is it not?

This is exactly the type of falsehoods that cost the GOP what should have been an easy victory this year.

I have no idea if they have expired nor do I know if he was given immunity for testifying but probably not. He only just said someone contacted him to do it, and he may not have, but someone apparently did. One poll watcher in Ohio said votes being changed from Romney to Obama impacted about 10% of the vote in her polling place as there were many complaints of it happening (I would assume some folks never even noticed it was changed before hitting the submit button). There were no where near enough poll watchers......................

This is testimony regarding the 2004 presidential election in Ohio where exit polls showed Kerry beat Bush. Diebold, which is based in Ohio provided the voting machines to that state. In the early summer of 2004 the Diebold president assured Bush supporters of victory.
Have the statutes of limitation expired?

RYAN NICHOLS - Hardened Criminal?? Seriously??

If you're not already aware. This is what's going on in DC while dangerous criminals are allowed back out on the streets.  It's horrifying that this is happening to our citizens and veterans for protesting the hijacking of our election process. This is still happening! They are STILL being tortured and treated like full on terrorists.

You may not be aware of the typical things they're forced to go through...…
