People like Bob Hope just arent made any more. His selflessness was and is unmatched to this day.

Toby Keith makes some trips to the troops but not too many and certainly never to where they drop the bombs so close.

Thank you for the video link.  Bob Hope was a true American Hero.  My Dad was in the South Pacific in WWII and often told how that when Hope entertained the Troops there, they tried to take him to the Officers' mess to eat.  He refused and instead he and the entire group went to dine with the troops!

Used to watch the Bob Hope shows every year with my Mom.  We loved them!

Those were the days with great entertainers like Bob Hope and Johnny Cash.  Sadly these days we have no Hope and no Cash and now Jobs is gone too.
