What? Wall street doesn't dominate the top 1%? But the occupiers told us they did?!?!?!

Is it just me or has anyone else noticed that we never hear the occupy crowd complain about the millionares in Hollyweird??Micheal Moore provides a great example of that mindset http://dailycaller.com/2011/10/25/michael-moore-repeatedly-refuses-...

If we were to go solely on the information provided by the .0099%ers one would think the only people who are millionares and should be taxed are people who own a business on wall street or bankers(a.k.a employers and companies that provide jobs and goods and services that we need and want).Sports stars ,actors, politicians, and leftist business types are all strangely absent from the complaints of this spread the wealth movement.Hello? George Soros anyone? If you want to spread the wealth kids don't be hypocritical! There's plenty of rich leftists out there that aren't sharing with you.But I guess thats not really the point of this whole "movement' is it?

A hypocrite till the end Michael admits he is part of the 1% but says after using capitalism to enrich himself,it  “exploits the vast majority so that the few at the top can enrich themselves more.” I guess Michael is o.k. with his "exploitation"...  http://bottomline.msnbc.msn.com/_news/2011/10/28/8522718-michael-mo...

And again I have toask what are you doing here? On this board, with this group, adding your name to the roster of an organization that you CLEARLY think of as inferior to yourself in intellect and ideals. Its obvious by your posts that you are well above everything that goes on here on a daily basis. You've got all the answers, are much smarter than everyone here and since we joined you in your crusade it seems to me you can start a new movement anytime you wish. There shouldn't be a problem with that right? After all since you started this movement, I'm sure if you put your mind to it you could start another one thats more suitable to your tastes.

OWS is exactly what it wants to be.There is no co-opting it.

I didnt "join" the Tea Party... The Tea Party "joined" me... then it was hi-jacked by the neo-cons and republicrats... those of us that were around in the beginning do not even recognize what the Tea Party has become.

I expect that soon enough... as soon as the democrats hi-jack the OWS movement it will turn into something they won't recognize either.

Either way... the current financial system is going one of two ways, both end in tyranny by the banking elites. Unless the OWS and or Tea Party do something to stop it.

As far as the tea party goes ,no one has told you to vote for anyone. You can vote whatever way you choose. And if the tea party has been co-opted as you say then I'm having a hard time figuring out why you even bothered to join?

They don't want your ideas in fact I'm sure you saw this post earlier...Check this out..Socialistworker .org. Ron Pauls message does not belong in the occupy movement  http://socialistworker.org/2011/10/26/libertarians-ideas-dont-belong

Because they are at the very least "barking up the right tree", they probably don't know it and they have the wrong idea about possible solutions... but If I stand around and wait for the hi-jacked Tea Party to even mention monetary policy as THEE root cause of the damage we have all suffered, then I will be waiting forever.

The original Tea Party stood for sound money and honest banking... The current "republicrat version" of the Tea Party wont even discuss it...

Instead they try and get me to support Herman Cain... ROFL

No argument here about bailouts.I protested them at the time they were happening...

Exactly WHAT HAPPENED IS NOT capitalism yet they are blaming it anyway.LOL!! So why would you bother to defend people you know are misguided?
Comment by Douglas Newberry on October 26, 2011 at 12:37pm

Maybe I should be more clear... we do NOT have capitalism... if we did the banks would have been allowed to fail. GM too!

We have nothing! When the rule of law breaks down... which it has for sure... we have nothing!

I support REAL "rule of law" capitalism... seen any?

RYAN NICHOLS - Hardened Criminal?? Seriously??

If you're not already aware. This is what's going on in DC while dangerous criminals are allowed back out on the streets.  It's horrifying that this is happening to our citizens and veterans for protesting the hijacking of our election process. This is still happening! They are STILL being tortured and treated like full on terrorists.

You may not be aware of the typical things they're forced to go through...…
