Ladies and Gentlemen:  We are presently in Washington, DC for a Values Voter Summit.  Values Voters Summit is made up of Conservative organizations who come together to learn from each other.

During our stay we have been with many who went to the Occupy DC "March" just to see what was going on.   To see it first hand is to watch an organized group of communists, thugs and mis-guided people shout about things they do not even understand.  It has been revealed this am that Van Jones PAID for hispanics to carry signs which they could not read or understand.

Nancy Pelosi said the Tea Party Movement was astroturf and today we call her out about that statement.  This Occupy Protest IS Astroturf and manufactured by the left to ensure Obama gets re-elected.   The people who are showing up are violent and have damaged property and hurt other people.  This is escalating and although we laugh at these people because they can't even say why they are there  -- we urge our members to be careful and stay away from these "so called protests."

We have watched our blogs and one or two in this tea party are stating they will go to these protests and stand with these Communists.  Let it be known that should you do that - you do not represent the tea party movement.  You are there as individuals and you have no authority to speak on behalf of the First Coast Tea Party.  We also question if you are a true tea party believer or if you are in here solely as a mole for your own personal beliefs.

In no way would tea party members stand with Communists - they are the complete opposite of who we are.

Go to their website at www.occupywallstreet.org and you can see the names of the organizations behind this uprising.  Do we stand with these people or these organizations?

God bless you and stay safe.

For those of you who have blinders on and don't seem to grasp who and what has created this mess, you need to stay more informed.  Here is one article but the communist party USA has it on their web site as well:  http://yourdaddy.net/2011/08/09/alert-us-communist-party-call-to-ar...

Van Jones is involved as is Frances Fox  Piven pushing for the over throw of our country!  Wake up folks.  I don't have time now, but I will look for some of the other stuff I have read and watched this week and post it!

The individuals participating in these protests, in my opinion, are acting mostly in what they perceive to be a positive influence on society.  This perception is sincere in that it is a result of a skewed and distorted education that has subjugated American principles to the collective of a global environment for decades.  Quite similar, don't attack my analogy, to the indoctrination of Muslim youth in the hatred of western culture.  They only know what they know.  In addition, the collective philosophy that is, and has been, ubiquitous in our "free public" education system has destroyed intrinsic and critical thinking, whereby reducing the chance an individual may discover on their own any truths or contradictions to what they learned in government schools.  This is the final ACT in what has been in play in our country since 1905.  The only question that remains is - will the citizens of a free nation sit back as idol observers or stand up and rewrite the ending?

Herman Cain also said, in the same interview, when asked about his 9-9-9 plan, how does it work, what are the numbers and how he came up up with it, he couldn't answer any of those questions. He said top economists helped him come up with a plan that would unleash capital and set our economy free.  He said he was not at liberty to name those economists who did the work. What? An economist comes up with a  plan to do all this and doesn't want his name attached to it?

Herman Cain is not a serious man.

He is a pizza huckster.

So whatever Herman Cain has to say, I don't care.

So if you have a point to make, whatever it is, do not use Herman Cain quotes to sway me, unless of course you are referring to the profitablility of home delivered pizza.

Mr. Clark if you read the actual post you will find that the movement was not started by 'liberty stealing treasonous subversives' as you say it was started to speak out against the corrupt banking system that has done much to destroy this country.  It has since been co-opted by many people that don't understand the cause and now by labor unions for the wrong reason that are going to further dilute the message.  You are right now the message has become destroy capitalism and punish the rich that is not what it was supposed to be about.

Just like the Tea Party was not originally supposed to be another wing of the GOP but that is what it has become in many cases.

Mr. Davis I do agree that the protest should not interfer with anyone getting to or from work (and that is regardless of if they work on wall street or the fast food place around the corner from wall street.  I'm not saying I'm in complete agreement with them on everything they have done.  I also thought it was stupid to go up on the bridge.  I'm more interested with the reason that the movement started which was to fight the corruption that exist between the banking industry, wall street, and our political class.

@ Steve Tikas; Yes they have the right to protest and march, orderly and without creating harmful incidents.  Jacksonville University Idiots are smart enough to know not to do this during the week, trampling on people who work (yes for as little as $7.HR) to be able to travel freely home without impairment.  I believe Bloomberg is a great moneymaker, but terrible as an administrator in so far he did not protect his primary workers (WALLSTREET) from reasonable access to their transportation modes.  Bloomberg should have dispatched them with water cannons and mounted police with dogs.  It would be giving the protestors a taste of their own actions.

Don't stand with Liberty Stealing treasonous subversives.  Get your brain checked if you think you are Tea Party and can stand with this Obama engineered class warfare.

Yes I see the labor unions coming in and I don't like it and I have said so other places where the topic has been discussed.  I see the labor unions coming in and destroying what the movement was started to fight against.  Also labor unions tend to be violent and this protest has not been about violence and the organizers have repeatedly told the protestors to not be violent and to not fight back even when violence is used against them.

All that being said the message that the protest was started with, which sometime gets convoluted when they find the dumbest person in the group and put that person on TV, there are plenty of intelligent people out there but you never see them because the MSM doesn't want you to see them.  They want you to think that all protestors are stupid ignorant anti-capitalist.

The banks and wall street have destroyed the housing industry and in turn many other industries.  That is what this is about.  If you don't see how the banks have profited due to laws passed by the same politicians they gave millions to all at the same time the majorities of Americans have suffered you are blind and I feel sorry for you.

Yes I read the article where Mr. Cain said that and the more he speaks the less I find I like him.  I do agree that everyone in the end is responsible for their own life so yes if you do not have a job or are not rich in the end it is your own fault.  The banks and wall street have made things harder for Americans while making themselves rich by using the corruption that plagues wall street, the banks, and our political system to their advantage and that is what the movement is about.

Like Mr. Newberry said below the Tea Party should be standing with them instead of the labor movement but they have put stupid people that don't even know what the movement is about on TV causing people to think it is a communist movement

Steve, have you been following the interviews with these folks.........and make no mistake the additional reinforcements are communist union folks as they apparently couldn't get enough really messed up young people to make the statement they wanted and of course, there are others who are simply there for the chance at being noticed period.  None of them has anything to say.  Those who have spoken are into destruction but no idea what to replace it with and the demands they expect are right over the top nutso.  I have no sympathy for any of them; not a single one.  Herman Cain says the Occupy Wall Street protesters are un-American and he also said:  Don't blame Wall Street, don't blame the big banks, if you don't have a job and you're not rich, blame yourself. It is not someone's fault if they succeeded, it is someone's fault if they failed.

I have watched a lot of the videos from the protests.  While there are a few communists, and some of the protestors are younger, there are middle aged unemployed building contractors marching right along with those younger people.  The message I am hearing is this:  Wall Street and big corporations have received every benefit this government can think to give them.  Granted -- those big banks  bought and paid for every tax loophole, unenforced regulation and bailout.  The argument they seem to be making (and not very well, in some cases) is that the system is corrupt.  Our executive, legislative and judicial branches have been bought and paid for by Wall Street.  That was OBVIOUS when you look at how TARP went through with ZERO oversight into how the money was spent.  Every  sector of our society has suffered after the housing crising, except one:  big banks.  those guys have become richer.  I love the free market; i love capitalism -- i own a small business.  I get hammered by the IRS every year at the highest tax brackets and pay my taxes on time every year while I watch companies with billions in profits get government handouts and pay no taxes.  I'm a "job creator" but these companies send all of the jobs overseas while their profits soar.  what we have in this country right now is not a free market.  It's an oligopoly.  Big business and big banks run this country; the politicians answer their every beck and call, and the rest of us are hosed.  As a long time tea party member, I am all for Wall Street reform, tax reform and smaller government.  I don't want a handout; don't need a handout.  I'm all for medicare reform and government welfare reform.  I'm certainly not a communist, but I don't think this movement is about communism.  But just watch -- just like the GOP has tried to highjack the tea party, the libs will highjack this movement as well.  it's already started.

Wonderful post Mr. Newberry that was what I was trying to say as well but you said it a thousand times better then I did.

@Michael Gable And you wonder why people think the Tea Party members are violent.  These people are US citizens exercising their right to protest.  All demonstrations have gone threw the proper process and have got all permits and things that are needed to demonstrate but because you don't like what they have to say you essentially want to kill them all.  You would probably be one of the first out there screaming if someone said that a grenade should be lobbed into a Tea Party rally but here you are saying it about some people you don't agree with.

RYAN NICHOLS - Hardened Criminal?? Seriously??

If you're not already aware. This is what's going on in DC while dangerous criminals are allowed back out on the streets.  It's horrifying that this is happening to our citizens and veterans for protesting the hijacking of our election process. This is still happening! They are STILL being tortured and treated like full on terrorists.

You may not be aware of the typical things they're forced to go through...…
