They are publishing all the Marquee GOP Supporters of Alvin Brown.  Marquee means stars and people better than the average Duval County citizen - in other words you and me.

 

If you would like to sign your name to this message, please do so in the comments section.  We will send the following message to the Tiny Union:

 

Dear TU:  We noticed you have listed all the "Marquee" or "Passionate" GOP donors who are supporting Alvin Brown for Mayor.

 

Please do the same for us as the Duval County Marquee/Passionate Residents aka Tea Party Members who support Mike Hogan for Mayor.  Thank you for your assistance with this important matter.  We know you will do the right thing  - it would be considered fair journalism.  Right?

The shrinking Times Union has lost any claim to fair and balanced news.  Local news seems to be heavily focused on "feel good" topics and promotion of the latest charity events.  National and international reporting is dominated by AP stories with a strongly liberal slant.  Political reporting has turned very liberal in the last few years, heavily promoting use of tax dollars to solve every problem.  Even though I am still a subscriber, it's primarily because I work the crossword puzzle.

You would think that with Truth in Media being an important thing the Times Union wold stand for something important, like Truth , However the "ALMIGHTY " DOLLAR has bought another newspaper.With the moral decay, the people at the paper ,will loose more than credibility over this issue. Jobs must be easy to find, if the people of Jacksonville cancel their advertising and subscription, the paper will fold. Ken Davis

I'm tempted to save today's editorial page to take to the polls with me and vote against everyone the TU endorsed (other than there are a couple of them I do plan to vote for).  They also have ignored the fact that commies like moveon.org, OFA, and Al Gore are all behind Brown.

 

This is still NE Florida; when did our local newpaper make the hard left turn?
