Vietnam Veterans 5K Run and Tribute Event.. Tomorrow: April 30th - Jacksonville Beach. The fun starts at 7AM.

Vocal music by the FCTP "Let Freedom Sing."will be kicking off this Vietnam Veterans 5K Run and Tribute Event. They are the prelude to the race and will be leading "God Bless The USA" with Vietnam Veterans.

The following pictures are just a hint of what's in store for anyone who can come to the Never Quit race and tribute to our Vietnam Veterans tomorrow (April 30th) at Jacksonville Beach. Let Freedom Sing has the honor to be singing with the veterans at 7:00 a.m. and right before the race begins on the beach, and then at the Sea Walk Pavilion site between 8:30 and 10:00 a.m. There are lots of booths being set up, great things to look at and to buy, the weather is predicted to be perfect...a great way to spend the morning. Come bring your family and friends, honor and salute our courageous military, and enjoy the music at the beach!
If you have not heard the passion and sound from these great patriots you have missed something beautiful. Hope you will be there.. They have a full calendar AGAIN this year so you may see them at events all over town.

The National Anthem will be sung and then get ready for an amazing 5K race and a great day for everyone!
The 5K course is an out and back, starting in front of the Four Points Sheraton hotel. Run/Walk along the beautiful, hard-packed, low tide Jacksonville Beach sand down to 25th Ave South and back to the Finish Line for the world’s largest beach run. This is a perfect, wide-open, safe beach course for running.

After you finish your run/walk, head up to the Sea Walk Pavilion where you will be greeted by a U.S. Military Service Member on the ACUVUE Blue Carpet and be presented with the largest and one of the most striking finisher medals you may ever receive.

In addition, if you selected a necklace during online registration, your race bib will be marked as such and you will also be presented with your $300 valued Finisher necklace. The most striking and highest valued necklace given for any race in the world. The necklace is a perfect gift for someone you will Never Quit for.
