Registered Florida Women Voters Cry Foul!  FROM THE FLORIDA FEDERATION OF REPUBLICAN WOMEN.

Florida Women Unite to Send a Message to Federal Judge, Homeland Security, Department of Justice and the League of Women Voters

(TALLAHASSEE FLORIDA) The Florida Federation of Republican Women issued the following statement today on the heels of the Federal authority's demand that Florida halt its push to remove ineligible voters from the voter rolls and the ruling by District Judge Robert Hinkle striking down part of Florida's voter reform bill.

"The members of the Florida Federation of Republican Women are united in our demand for lawful elections in the state of Florida. We elect Legislators to enact laws on our behalf according to the Florida Constitution as they did when they addressed needed changes in our voter registration laws following the documented fraud put forth by groups like Acorn.

We are disappointed and offended at the ruling of Judge Hinkle striking down part of the law which he admitted to Bloomberg Press did not violate the National Voting Rights Act. We consider this action to amount to judicial legislation from the bench which is unacceptable.

We are further outraged that the Department of Homeland Security has refused to cooperate with Governor Rick Scott's request to aide our state in purging non-citizens from our voter rolls. We understand that the Department of justice and the Department of Homeland Security exist to serve the lawful citizens of our country and are honor bound to do so.

We call upon Governor Scott and all county Supervisors of Elections to do all in their power to purify our voter rolls and ensure the integrity of our votes. We call upon Attorney General Holder to do his duty to uphold our laws and compel the Department of Homeland Security to identify those individuals who are registered to vote in the State of Florida but are not US citizens, as properly requested by our Governor.

This is not and issue of partisanship it is an issue of the law.

We also firmly state that the League of Women Voters does not represent the women voters of Florida. We believe their actions in this case to be partisan and disruptive to the election process and that their actions represent the type of behavior our beloved Suffragettes would have been ashamed of.

We call upon every registered voter to demand lawful elections in the State of Florida."

"there's just no evidence of it."  Tamara, people who have drivers licenses and voter registration cards get called for Jury duty and use their non citizen status to get out of reporting for jury duty because they are not citizens.  When those numbers are run against the voter rolls, quite a few have been found to be registered to vote and voting in our elections which is a class 3 felony which they can be charged and prosecuted for.  Two people in Southern Florida were just charged with it in the last week or two, so just imagine how many we could find if we really worked at it!

Who is eligible for jury duty?

The State of Florida can send a summons for jury service to any person who is eligible to serve.

You are eligible to serve if you:    1) Are a citizen of the United States   2) Are a legal resident of Florida   3) Are at least 18 years old, AND   5) Have a valid Florida Drivers License OR a valid Florida Identification Card.

If you have received a summons, it means you have been randomly selected to report for jury duty because you meet all five (5) requirements.  Basically, you were picked because you are eligible and able to serve.  You are now part of a jury “pool” which is group of eligible and able citizens from which trial juries are chosen.

How do people get picked for jury duty?

State laws require jurors to be selected randomly from a fair cross-section of the county in which they serve.  In Broward County, you are randomly selected from a Florida Driver License Database of US citizens who are residents and are 18 years of age or older.  If you’ve been picked, your name was selected based on the information listed on your driver’s license, identification card, or voter registration.  This random selection ensures that everyone has an equal opportunity and obligation to serve on jury duty.

Patricia, if someone in this state is registered to vote, shouldn't the state have to prove you are NOT a citizen, instead of the state making the accusation, and you, the citizen having to prove it?  that just doesn't make sense.  this whole thing is shady, and quite frankly, disturbing on many levels.  And by the way, fair is fair; as long as judges follow the law, I am okay with them.  show me the illegal aliens voting.  there's just no evidence of it.

Well, Tamara, we are happy you like Judge Hinkle but apparently not everyone thinks as you do.  Incredibly smart and fair works as long as he does what you want.  Obviously he is legislating from the bench however, and that is neither fair nor incredibly smart (at least not for long).  There are lists and it is not an absolute farce but all the koolaid drinkers would just love things to continue just as they are with illegal aliens and dead people voting in our elections.  Why else would Mr. Holder not allow for the removal of such people........now if they could just do away with voter ID, they could do what they do in California and send busloads around voting at every poll with free breakfast, lunch and dinner for the workers doing the job of voting for dead people and others who don't bother to vote for themselves on a regular basis.

Judge Hinkle is an outstanding jurist.  He is incredibly smart and incredibly fair.  Most importantly, he follows the law.  This purging of the voter rolls is an absolute farce.  So, I'm outraged as well.  Let's see the documented fraud, ladies.

I understand you would be deeply disappointed if these folks were removed from the voting rolls as it would mean Ovomit wouldn't be able to get them all out to vote for him.  Too many errors?   And your source of information is?   Where is the validation for your comments?  Where can we go and read about what you have stated with absolute certainty Amanda?  Or is this just another one of your unsubstantiated disagreeable statement?

Except that the AG has not disclosed criteria employed to determine his list. There are too many errors ocurring to make this list legal.

RYAN NICHOLS - Hardened Criminal?? Seriously??

If you're not already aware. This is what's going on in DC while dangerous criminals are allowed back out on the streets.  It's horrifying that this is happening to our citizens and veterans for protesting the hijacking of our election process. This is still happening! They are STILL being tortured and treated like full on terrorists.

You may not be aware of the typical things they're forced to go through...…
