TU: Fill 'er up: Daily Show's take on Florida drug

If you are offered a job that requires a drug test, you do it if you want the job. If you apply for taxpayer money to support you or your family and it requires a drug test, you do it if you want the money. Pretty straight forward to me, and I think the taxpayers have every right to expect someone to be drug free to get their hard earned dollars.  Pam Bondi certainly meets the expectations of the Boy Scott moto of "be prepared" :).

Tonight’s episode of The Daily Show will feature a segment poking fun at Florida’s attempt to require welfare recipient to take drug tests.

Aasif Mandvi, one of the show’s correspondents, attended the early December rollout of Gov. Rick Scott’s proposed budget. During the presentation, Mandvi stood up, plastic cup in hand, and asked Scott to fill it up.

Scott largely shook Mandvi off, telling him he has done it “plenty of times.”

Attorney General Pam Bondi was not caught as flat footed the next day. When approached by a plastic-cup-wielding Mandvi during a media availability, she calmly handed him a pre-filled (with apple juice) cup.

“Have a great day,” Bondi said.

The law was suspended in October by a federal judge who said it may violate constitutional protections against illegal search and seizure. The state is appealing.

The Daily Show episode starts at 11 p.m. on Comedy Central.

RYAN NICHOLS - Hardened Criminal?? Seriously??

If you're not already aware. This is what's going on in DC while dangerous criminals are allowed back out on the streets.  It's horrifying that this is happening to our citizens and veterans for protesting the hijacking of our election process. This is still happening! They are STILL being tortured and treated like full on terrorists.

You may not be aware of the typical things they're forced to go through...…
