Times Union: Court: Crist can keep contributions, despite Rood lawsuit

Crist later left the GOP to run as an independent. The move irked some donors, including Jacksonville businessman John Rood, who was one of two donors to file the lawsuit.

He gave Crist-as-Republican $4,800.
