None of them are suspect, once you learn the Flower of Life which is called "sacred geometry" then you will know those which you call suspect.  Learning to live through the tiny space in the heart is first and foremost.

The world is full of supernatural explainations, most of them are suspect.

 

I believe in worship of God the Creator, and that anytime we turn our attention away from God and toward a guru, a magician, a spiritual master, even a dynamic preacher or an invested priest, to the detriment of direct faith in God, then we are at risk of engagment in a dangerous and destructive activity. No one else has any more spirituality than what we can find within our own heart.

With the vast array of spiritial knowledge and experience available for free, I see no value to paying someone else good money to invent any more for us to examine.

Paul, that is exactly correct and what Drunvalo teaches; live through the tiny space in your heart.  However, we have or are all in duality changing back and forth from 3D to 4D and back again. At some point we need to stay with 4D and living through the heart permanently. That time is soon coming.  If you have time, take a look at some of Drunvalo's videos, very, very knowledgeable and an enlightened being.

Proverbs 4:23 says, "Guard your heart more than anything else, because the source of your life flows from it."

I believe that is an admonition to stay sane. Once one suspends their own judgement in lieu of allowing others to manipulate ones feelings and thinking through disinformation, one is likely to unthinkingly accept just about any crack-pot hypothesis. Reason is a gift from God that he gave so that we can function more effectively in the world.

Be as wise as a serpent and harmless as a dove (not vice versa).
