The Hill: Kerry: No vote on Sea Treaty before election

I have found a couple of these articles talking about putting off the vote on the Law of the Sea Treaty until after the elections and then, bringing it back up again in the lame duck session (I will post the other article as well separately).  I tend to focus in on words a great deal as words have meaning.  Mr. Kerry used the word likely no vote and not NO vote, but either way the discussion will continue on this issue and people will need to write to their senators about this.  This treaty has huge implications for our country and our soverienty and also continues the climate change faux issue by imposing a tax on our country for greenhouse gases etc and gives that money to countries headed by dictators, tyrants, and those who have different values from ours........at least at this point (which I don't think the senate can truly enact this treaty without a bill coming over from the house?).   The video below includes the same info live from the senate.

The chairman of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee announced Wednesday he likely won't bring up the Law of the Sea Treaty for a vote before the November election.

Sen. John Kerry (D-Mass.) said some lawmakers “on and off the committee” have candidly told him they'd “be more comfortable” if they could avoid having to cast the controversial vote during the campaign season.

He made the announcement during a high-level hearing with Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, Defense Secretary Leon Panetta and Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Gen. Martin Dempsey.

“I would like to see this treaty stay out of the hurly-burly of presidential politics,” Kerry said. “So heeding that advice, and preferring that we encourage the kind of evaluative and educational process which does justice to this committee and justice to the United States Senate ratification process, I announce today that I do not currently intend to bring the treaty to a vote before the November election.”

RYAN NICHOLS - Hardened Criminal?? Seriously??

If you're not already aware. This is what's going on in DC while dangerous criminals are allowed back out on the streets.  It's horrifying that this is happening to our citizens and veterans for protesting the hijacking of our election process. This is still happening! They are STILL being tortured and treated like full on terrorists.

You may not be aware of the typical things they're forced to go through...…
