Ten years ago today, did they know?

Ten years ago today, the more than 3,000 American citizens who were killed on 9/11 had no idea they only had 10 more days to live.

 

They were making plans for business trips; getting children ready for back to school; starting new jobs; moving into new homes; getting married; waiting for the birth of their new baby; or planning their Thanksgiving trip home to visit their parents.    They were living their lives and never in their wildest dreams could they imagine being killed so violently and becoming a part of a national remembrance. 

 

I wonder if those who were killed would have done things differently ten years ago today had they known the countdown to their life was nearing the end.

 

Ten years ago today, you were going about your life not knowing that a few days from now your world would change from the horrific images forever etched in your mind

 

The ten year anniversary of 9/11 will happen in ten days.   This day should be one of remembrance for those who were murdered and for those who have lost their lives fighting al-Qaeda overseas.

 

Our hope is that American citizens will spend time in the next ten days focusing on the fact you are still here – alive and well.  Seek within yourself your purpose in life and live it fully every day.  Fly your flag in honor of those who died simply because they were Americans.  Plan something every day for the next ten days to honor American values and share your experiences with others.  Look for youtube videos that show the horror of the attacks and watch them with your children.  It will scare them but history will repeat itself if we are dumbed down to its historical facts.  Light a candle every night and say a prayer for the families of the victims.  Their hearts are forever broken and although time heals all wounds, the scars are still there.

President Obama has encouraged Americans to perform community service on this day.  We ask you to perform community service in a different way by giving a donation to the Flight 93 Memorial which is still unfunded ten years later.  It is shameful and un-American that this memorial is still unfunded.  You can make a donation online at http://www.honorflight93.org/.   Let that be your community service.

 

As you head out the door to work, school or to the gym, take a deep breath and enjoy the fresh air while remembering those who could not breathe in the towers filled with smoke.  Ten years ago today, they too were heading to work, school or to the gym.  They were like you and me and ten days later, they would breathe no more.

 

God bless the victims.  God bless our military.  God bless the first responders.  God bless America.

9/11 is a culmination of tragic events.  Our government is guilty of manslaughter of each death that occurred on 9/11, directly or indirectly associated with the barbaric moslems that cheered around the world, hearing of our loss.  It began for me with the bombing of the Marine barracks in Beirut.  Each successive attack on us (including the Christian-western civilized counties and the Hindus of India) demonstrated with definite facts the intentions of these moslem barbarians.  Our GOVERNMENT’S total lack of enthusiasm for putting finality in its act left it open to be RESPONSIBLE as a PERPETRATOR against its citizens; MANSLAUGHTER.  The 3,000 on 9/11, our embassies around the world since the Olympic Munich game massacre, TEHRAN EMBASSY HOSTAGES, time after time.  I could accuse our government of conspiracy committing “false flag” incidents over the last thirty years.  The perps are all the same.  Our loss is always the same.  Incrementally, our Liberties are eroded.  Look at who is “protecting us now”.  Don’t you feel  safer?  My heart aches for all the military, the innocent victims of this inaction.  I acknowledge all of this knowing no good will come of it.  The demorats with their commie union allies will steal the elections, no matter what we do.  I have never voted for any candidate yet.  Always the lesser of two evils, with very little separation.  I pray to GOD for us all.

We live in the freest country on the planet, which is both a blessing and a curse.  A blessing because we are free to seek our own path no matter the outcome; a curse because we have not the experience of the atrocities nor limits placed upon personal freedom that is found around the globe.

I will honor these victims of 9/11 that paid the ultimate price, as circumstantial victims, for the freedoms found in this country.
