Tea Party Candidates for 2012

Have you been feeling discouraged by what is or is not happening in DC?  So many candidates are beginning to prepare for the 2012 elections.  The Tea Party needs to start identifying potential candidates for the house and senate to replace what we have there now.  Every representative and senator in DC must know that they too can be replaced.  "They" seen to think we are a flash in the pan and will disengage now that the 2010 election is over.  Surprise!!

 

If the way I feel is representative of how others feel, it is time to show "them" that we are still watching and we don't like what we are seeing.  The house recently had time off, but did your representative have a town hall?  Did your representative vote for $40 billion budget cut when we told them to stop the spending all together?

 

Potential candidates are out there.  Principled people with the guts to fix what has been so broken for so long without regard to how his or her vote will affect their friendships with other representatives or senators.  Can we invite potential candidates to speak at our meetings?  It's time to find more courageous Tea Party candidates who just want to do the right thing for all of us.
