Response from the Governor's Office on Bill HB 7117 Energy Bill

I thought you might be interested in the response some of us got from the Governor's office on HB 7117.  Although he did not sign it, he also did not veto the bill, and it automatically became law and will go into effect on July 1, 2012.  It is a horrid bill, and we might want to remember this when we vote in the primaries in August and the General Elections in November.  This bill was touted as a job creator, but the policies are the same as Obama's and we all know how many jobs his energy policies have created (zero jobs created, and in fact, jobs have been eliminated).

Thank you for contacting Governor Rick Scott regarding legislation passed by the Florida Legislature during the 2012 regular session.  The Governor appreciates your thoughts and asked that I respond on his behalf.

The Executive Office of the Governor follows all bills as they move through the legislative process.  Please be assured, Governor Scott carefully considered your comments and those of other concerned citizens regarding House Bill 7117, relating to Energy as he made his decision.

House Bill 7117 became law without the Governor’s signature on April 13, 2012.  The law will take effect on July 1, 2012.  Information about the Governor's Bill Actions can  be found on the Governor's web site at http://www.flgov.com/bill-action/.

Thank you again for taking the time to contact the Governor's Office.  Your input is important to him.  Information about the Governor’s administration and initiatives can be obtained online at www.flgov.com.

Sincerely,

Sarah Stuckey

RYAN NICHOLS - Hardened Criminal?? Seriously??

If you're not already aware. This is what's going on in DC while dangerous criminals are allowed back out on the streets.  It's horrifying that this is happening to our citizens and veterans for protesting the hijacking of our election process. This is still happening! They are STILL being tortured and treated like full on terrorists.

You may not be aware of the typical things they're forced to go through...…
