This week the House of Representatives will debate and vote on the repeal of the Obama Health care bill. The debate and vote on the repeal bill, HR 2 is scheduled for Wednesday, Jan. 19th.   Also scheduled for House floor debate is the resolution, H.Res. 9, that calls for immediate hearings on an alternative health care bill.  The resolution specifically calls on 3 major House committees to hold hearings that target 12 points to consider when these committees reconstruct a new Health Care plan for America. The 12 points are:

--Lower HC premiums

--Increase competition & choice

--Preserve patient’s HC plan

--Include pre-existing condition

--provide access to affordable HC

--reform medical malpractice and liability

--reform wasteful HC spending & eliminate duplicate programs

--Increase # of folks insured & encourages personal responsibility

--protect patient/DR relationship

--prohibit taxpayer funding of abortions

--No increase tax burden for Americans

--provide state flexibility to administer Medicaid programs

Once the House passes the HC repeal bill, the bill will head to the Senate chamber which is dark for this week. Senators are on CODELS (Congressional delegations) and working behind the scenes to see if they can agree to a rules change resolution when they reconvene on Tuesday, Jan. 25. This rules change will either be something all Senators can agree with or it will be something that Sen. Reid will try to force on the Senate. If the Majority Leader forces a major rules change on the U.S. Senate next week, expect committee assignments, committee ratios and other routine organizational resolutions to become contentious a way to retaliate for forcing rules changes through the Senate.

The House resolution instructing certain committees to report legislation replacing the job-killing health care law does not have to be passed by the Senate since is only applies to the House. Therefore the Energy and Commerce committee, Judiciary committee and the Ways and Means committee can begin holding these important hearing as early as next week.

Stay tuned to see how many House democrats will support the repeal of health care when the vote occurs this Wednesday. Odds are there may be as many as 18 to 20 democrats voting to repeal.

Thanks for sharing this information with us Ms. Letchworth as we are all going to be afected by the outcome of this bill.

We’ve grown used to the government wasting a few billion dollars. Look at the money Barack Hussein Obama II wasted on part of a fence, hi-tech cameras, motion sensors and Border Patrol Agent’s pay but still can’t secure the border between Mexico and the United States. Now we are supposed to trust the government with our most personal information about our health and medical history. Excuse me have you seen the wiki leaks? The federal government can’t even keep its own most precious dark secrets hidden. Do you trust them to keep your information safe? They haven’t been able to balance a check book for how many years now? If you had a family member that acted this way how would you treat/trust them? Would you allow them access to your life savings, would you tell them about your health problems, would you give them the keys to your house? I don't think so.

RYAN NICHOLS - Hardened Criminal?? Seriously??

If you're not already aware. This is what's going on in DC while dangerous criminals are allowed back out on the streets.  It's horrifying that this is happening to our citizens and veterans for protesting the hijacking of our election process. This is still happening! They are STILL being tortured and treated like full on terrorists.

You may not be aware of the typical things they're forced to go through...…
