PRESIDENTIAL EXECUTIVE ORDERS THAT ENDANGER OUR CONSTITUTIONAL REPUBLIC AND FREEDOMS

Tea Party Patriots:

Below is the content of an e-mail newsletter I received this morning that includes information that every American needs to read, in order to understand the nature of what we are facing under a federal administration that ignores and refuses to enforce the rule of law and The Constitution of the United States. It helps to explain why this president refuses to enforce our border and immigration laws, has changed the rules of engagement for the U.S. Border Patrol to prevent their fully enforcing the law, sued the state of Arizona and ordered that state not to enforce their border with Mexico, and set aside a swath of land from the Mexican border up into Arizona where they warn Americans not to go because it is a dangerous drugs and human trafficking area.  Our country's northern and southern borders are not being protected and are as porous as a sieve. And, Arizona seems to have been made the gateway for the Mexican drug cartels that now operate in many large cities all over this country... and who knows what and who else.

So, is our president and his administration importing the wherewithall to stir up the crisis that his preacher's good friend Louis Farakhan, leader of the Nation of Islam (Muslim Brotherhood), warned us of when he stated a few months ago that fighting, like that in the streets Egypt, would "be coming to the streets of America soon?" That fighting in Egypt's streets was incited in order to enable a Muslim Brotherhood generated overthrow of the Egyptian government by ousting it's leader of 40 years, who had signed a peace treaty with Israel.

These dangerous executive orders are accompanied by laws that have been enacted, during the first eighteen months of the current administration, through Democrats' total control in both the Executive and Legislative branches of government. During that time, they shut Republican U.S. Representatives and Senators out of the process of representing the voices of the American people who elected them.  In other words, they disenfranchised us to steamroll their progressive agenda through. They have clearly violated the Constitution, the sovereignty of the States, and the constitutional rights of the American people.

What you will be reading is a real eye-opener, with information that, if looked at piecemeal, might irritate or confound you, but when brought together makes the last two and a half years under this administration's created crises, damaging foreign policy, shutting off American-produced oil sources and making us dependent on oil from countries who could collectively shut off a huge portion of it, closing and/or taking over American banks and businesses, giving free reign to the Federal Reserve and International Monetary Fund, spreading taxpayers' money in the U.S. Treasury to bail out governments of foreign countries, manipulating markets, promoting subsidizing to distort the market and transfer costs from businesses to taxpayers, and so on..., it invokes an entirely new picture... or perhaps an omen.

Here is the article, the link to the website is below it, and that website also offers online news radio that is very informative.

************

"You'd want to think that your government has your best interests at heart, wouldn't you? However, time and again they just keep proving that we're engaging in wishful thinking when it comes to the "why" of what they do and the legislation that they pass. In fact ...Take these executive orders, for instance:

... we are subject to a government that seeks at every turn to undermine our constitutional rights ...

Executive Order 10995: Seizure of all communications media - radio, television, newspapers, CB and Ham radio, telephones and the internet (in effect, suspension of the first amendment)

Executive Order 10997: Seizure of all electrical power and fossil fuels

Executive Order 10998: Seizure of all food sources, farms and farm equipment. Food will be rationed. Today some states have anti-hoarding laws on the books, stating that anything over a one week's supply of food is considered hoarding and against the law.

Executive Order 10999: Seizure of all transportation and control of all highways, interstates and seaports. Any vehicle, public or private, can be taken.

Executive Order 11000: Seizure of all civilians for work under Federal supervision.

Executive Order 11003: Seizure of all airports and aircraft, public or private.

Executive Order 11004: Housing and Finance given authority for population relocation.

Executive Order 12919: Directs various Cabinet officials to be ready to take over virtually all aspects of the United States economy during a "state of national emergency" at the direction of the president.

Executive Order 13010: Directs FEMA to take control over all government agencies in times of emergency. FEMA is under the direct control of the executive (presidential) branch of government.

Executive Order 11490: Establishes presidential control over all United States citizens, businesses, and churches in times of "emergency"

These are executive orders passed by presidents--Republican and Democrat alike--elected to preserve our freedoms and the Constitution. Their very duplicities show that they have no intention of honoring the ideals of the constitutional republic handed down to us, that they are the very men that the Founders warned us about.
In fact, our Founders understood that this constitutional model could be overturned and made ineffective should the restraining power of the people against the federal government be made moot through judicial or legislative process.
Men like John Adams, James Madison, George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, and Alexander Hamilton all viewed the separation of powers to be indispensable to the continuation and preservation of liberty and the United States.
So what does the passage of these Executive Orders tell us? It tells us this ...

The dominoes are in place to subject the American people to a state of martial law nationwide."

Great post, J.L. I totally agree. Our country and its people are being subjected to overload of the system. And the invented hate crimes are not only subjective, they are designed to target conservatives in order to intimidate them and chill free speech. Such targeting, from the President right on down the chain, goes hand in glove with progressive-socialists' applying negative labeling that they and their allied progressive-socialist media can then use, in an organized effort to slur, falsely malign, discredit, ridicule, and marginalize conservatives, Christians, patriots, and constitutionalists. As an employee of and attorney for ACORN in Chigago, Obama taught the Saul Alinsky methods of community and political organizing, just as Saul Alinsky himself did earlier in Chicago. Those same methods are used by the SEIU and Organizing for America, whom we know were here in Jacksonville working to assure Alvin Brown's election as Mayor.

J.R., My husband and i were talking about all that is going on in the federal government and the layers and layers of laws in place. Over 40,000 new regulations and mandates were put into place at the end of 2010. I read somewhere that there are over 50,000 gun laws in place. There is now talk about dismantling NASA and creating a new space agency to handle the Mars exploration and any other ventures into space because NASA is layered into too, much bureaucracy. Our whole federal government is becoming dysfunctional because of all of these laws, layers of bureaucracy, mandates, regulations and it is actually bringing what Piven and Cloward sought to do in NY state decades ago. Overload the system and it can not function any more. That is what is happening now.

Just like the new hate crime laws put into place. How does that make a murder or a crime that much different to punish? We are putting too, many layers of laws down that are going to just clog up the system and make it harder and harder to function. I do not care if you murder a black, a child, a gay, or any other hyphenated American. Murder is murder and you should pay for your actions, unless it is in self defense, a crime of passion may be but if you kill someone over passion, that is your responsibility to keep a control on your emotions, it is like some laws give you an excuse to break it. A person is responsible for their actions and must be accountable. That is the way our laws are supposed to work. You do something to break the law and you become accountable for your actions. The public may not be happy with the results but our country is failing in making people accountable for breaking the law. It seems our system is being attacked from within to break down period. President Obama stated that he wanted a supreme court judge to be able to see the law from all angles to have empathy for all people. Whereas the opposite is suppose to be the rule, where the judge is suppose to read the letter of the law no matter who is involved, no matter of their race, class, wealth, etc., it is supposed to be the law that is applied period.

Interesting to note, you have people who want hate laws, but yet they want abortions to be easily accessed. Big contradiction there. People support abortion but do not believe people should be armed to protect their country from invasion... another big contradiction.

Our government has gotten so murky because of it all. It is amazing to think that in a country, a European one at that because they can not afford a army, they employ their citizens as their militia, Switzerland, issues a automatic rifle and other arms to their citizens when they become 15 years old and instructions on how to safely use them. Crime over there is almost non existent. Amazing that you do not hear about that. I was raised up around guns, bow and arrows, hatchets, etc., and no one ever shot or hurt anyone because they were taught how to handle these things, what are children taught now? That almost makes me shudder to think that this is about the second or their generation that is being stripped of how to survive in life, in the world. They are being taught to be dependent on government not themselves.

This whole gun control mind set of the UN is unfounded to stop wars. As long as you have man kind, you will have a group of men who want to control people, like George Sorros, Chavez, Putin, etc.. My husband pulled up a saying from Golda Meir "There will be no peace until they love their children more than they hate us." Why isn't it brought up in the UN that many radical Muslims teach their children to hate Jews, to hate the west? Why aren't they discussing that? I would welcome back the cold war era over what we have now in our country, at least you could see the enemy and our government was not allowing the enemy within it's ranks and it was protecting us and patriotism was alive and well, and our country was NOT divided as it is now, we were UNITED and not  a hyphenated country, we were ALL Americans first. Just my thoughts... One more thought, i read a article this weekend from a writer, he has been connected to the internet for decades since the 80s. He noticed that he was having problems concentrating, and his cognitive thinking, being able to think deeply about things, so he set out to figure out why? He finally reasoned it down to information overload. He quit going on the internet for awhile and said that his concentration came back and he got more creative again. He said then he found several other articles about the same thing, our technology may be doing more harm than good. I thought that was an interesting article because i have always had a problem with Sesame Street projecting things on the screen quickly, loudly then changing the subject quickly to another. I thought it promoted less concentration on a child and making them more restless. That show has always bothered me compared to simple play and learning from peers. I would see more concentration with my children and they were learning more social skills as well. Again just my thoughts, i will see i can find the article.

Our country is sinking beneath all the murkiness... bureaucracy... laws... executive orders... etc..

Amanda, Obama's Executive Orders were not the ones in the blog I posted, but he has issued EOs that do infringe on the rights and freedoms of American citizens. They are not what my blog post was about. Neither were all EOs that have ever been issued. My post was only about specific Executive Orders that progressive-Socialist Barack Obama can use to advance his ideology-driven march toward socialism, through his continued use of the Saul Alinsky and Cloward-Piven strategies to create crises and chaos---then use those as an excuse to declare martial law to deprive American citizens of their rights and freedoms guaranteed by the U.S. Constitution.
My other point is that Executive Orders, themselves, are unconsitutional, for they are nowhere enumerated in, or granted to the President, by the Constitution.
In response to your unrelated exceptions to my blog post, it's beginning to seem as if you are an apologist for Obama, who has engaged in unconstitutional actions and demonstrated contempt for our Constitution and constitutional republic. He's already on the record stating he believes our Constitution needs to be changed. Just as he has already done numerous end runs around the U.S. Congress and constitutional law based decisions of U.S. courts, he has done end runs around the Constitution of the United States, which is the supreme law of the land that he is sworn to uphold and defend. He has failed to uphold and defend the Constitution and some U.S. laws. Further, he has enormously infringed on the sovereignty of the States and the rights and freedoms of the citizens of those sovereign states.
By the way, it's interesting that you wrote of Obama's EOs, "Most seem benign," for that is a de facto admission that some are not. Since only you raised that issue and made that statement, why don't you explain those of Obama's 84 EOs you found not to be "benign?" And, tell us why.
Comment by amanda choate on May 30, 2011 at 8:26am

One more time, tadaaaaa. Most seem benign, though throughout history over 13,000 have been signed.

You have to scroll down a bit to get to the actual orders, these are all found at the national archives.

Okay. I've decided "it's not just me". These suckers are "slippery". I've noticed over years since I first discovered them that they seem to "disappear" the next time you try to link to them. I just linked to them in this post then went about some other things, sites I was reading articles on, blah blah then back to the link and POOF I found myself in a different place - not the link that was still in the tab. I was beginning to think I was losing it for awhile there but I knew better. Try it. Let me know if you have the same experience. Just link then go on email or something and come back to it. (Just saying)....too many times this has happened....

Thanks, JL. That is a hugely useful link to The Federal Register and Archives. That website includes a lot of other links for searching out federal government information. While there, I learned that President Barack Obama has issued a total of 84 Executive Orders in 2009, 2010, and 2011. What do you believe the probability is that none of Obama's EOs are harmful or potentially dangerous to the Constitution, our constitutional republican form of government, the sovereign states, and American citizens?

If you're not already aware. This is what's going on in DC while dangerous criminals are allowed back out on the streets.  It's horrifying that this is happening to our citizens and veterans for protesting the hijacking of our election process. This is still happening! They are STILL being tortured and treated like full on terrorists.

You may not be aware of the typical things they're forced to go through...…
