If you could not stomach one more speech by Obama last night, please read his words at the link provided below.

 

There isn't anything new - just the same old political rhetoric we've heard time and time again.

 

Would love to know what you think.  There were a couple of strange statements such as we are the worst polluters in the world and traffic is jamming up all over.  First of all - traffic is down because we can't pay for gas and people are unemployed. 

 

We are political pawns and it is a sad day for America to be used like this.  Although the words "sound good" -- we know about words and they run empty in Washingon, DC.

Pay your Fair Share?? 42% of americans pay NO federal taxes now.

How about Jeffery Imelt [seated W/ Mrs. Obama] G.E. Paid no U.S. taxes. Don't we need a better definition of Fair Share.

And I still cannot fathom as to why The Big Zero is described as such a great orator. His staccato style of stop-start speaking sounds more like a rabble rouser in front of a mob, making his rhetoric even more painful. Of course, "mob" does describe most of his looting Democrat supporters...

I also caught Jay Carney's "slip?" where he said put party ahead of country.  Telling isn't it.  What would happen if something like this had been said by a conservative?

Same old BS... If he really wanted to preserve the American Way he would stop taking million dollar vacations and get the HELL OUT OF THE WAY, He and all of the other" blood suckers" He would look to downsizing government and he would stop spending as if there is no bottom to the well. He quotes Abraham Lincoln, but he has planned to tear the Union down instead of unifying it.. "HE LIES".. Just as one brave Congressman said.

Obama speaks and the Dow drops, down 304 points now. This anti-business president wants businesses to hire people? Why doesn't he get back in the 2 Canadian made Prevost buses and take a vacation until his term expires.

The Senate passed a bill to raise the Debt ceiling, again to 500 billion dollars more, last night. 

In beginning of this past August the Debt ceiling was raised 400 Billion, it was suppose to last til the end of November 2011 and was spent in less than 30 days.

"Pass this Bill" he said.  Seems I recall that when O was campaigning he told us that he would put all new bills on the internet for all citizens to read.  WHERE THE BILL, Mr O?  We are now at almost 1.3 $Trillion in stimulus!  Just exactly a) where did that money go? and b) who are we going to borrow this next $44 BILLION from? If $10 grand had ben given to each taxpayer that would jump the economy way faster then these "infrastructure programs ever would.  At least we would have some idea where all the money went!  I am willing to bet when this money is spent, no one will have any idea where it went!
