SC Photo Voter ID Crushed by the Dept Of Justice  By now, you've probably heard about the DOJ's denial of South Carolina's photo voter ID bill.  If not, you can read about it here.

 

 

What's Up With Texas' Photo Voter ID Bill? -  Well, unless Attorney General Abbott shifts his strategy, the DOJ's Texas smack-down is just around the corner  In fact, inside sources at the DOJ are openly discussing our mishandling of this issue. What can you do?  TAKE A STAND!

Former DOJ Election Law Attorneys Christian Adams and Hans von Spakovsky have spelled out exactly what can and should be done at this point; fax a letter to withdraw our application from the DOJ and state we will resubmit to the Federal Courts.  This course of action would not only be the right thing for Texas, it would be the right thing for the Country.

Perjury Smerjury  - As if things weren't bad enough, one of the DOJ staffers currently working on the review of Texas' redistricting plan is an admitted perjurer who recently plead guilty to all kinds of impropriety involving the 2003 Texas redistricting drama.  You read that right - she has not been terminated, she has not been suspended, she has apparently not even been reprimanded.  She is still a card carrying DOJ staffer AND SHE IS STILL OVERSEEING THE DOJ REVIEW OF TEXAS' CURRENT REDISTRICTING PLAN.  But, hey, what's a little perjury?  After all, it really depends on what her "state of mind" was when she gave the Washington Post a internal DOJ memorandum, itself full of "factual and legal inaccuracies, mistakes, and misrepresentations.". In Eric Holder's DOJ, perjury, when committed in defense of a radical progressive agenda, is perfectly acceptable. Right, Mr. Holder? ....stay tuned, fellow patriots...this is far from over....
