More than 2 Million voters create fraud at the polls

Pew study: 2 million dead Americans on active voter rolls

By Josh Lederman - 02/14/12 05:00 AM ET

Nearly 2 million dead Americans are still on active voter registries, and one in every eight registrations in the United States is invalid or has major inaccuracies, according to a new study.

Research released Tuesday by the Pew Center on the States shows that the country is spending more on voter registration while getting worse results than other nations such as Canada. The study points to antiquated systems that don’t reflect modern technology and fail to address the biggest obstacles to maintaining accurate, up-to-date voter registry databases.

Almost 3 million Americans are actively registered to vote in multiple states, while about 12 million have old or error-ridden addresses listed on their registration, likely preventing voting-related mail from reaching them. And one in four eligible citizens — 51 million in total — aren’t registered to vote.

How about just require a finger print on one of the new finger print scaners which would be directly connected to the F.B.I. data base with a police officer at every polling center??? I would have no problem placing my finger on one in order to vote..

Yes, showing a Driver's License would satisfy the requirement for a photo ID and for most of us that's what we do. But, it is not the only form of ID that would be accepted.

As for the initial registration process, I think all I had to do was put my license number on the application. I don't think they wanted to physically see it.

As for the integrity of Government Agencies, yes, mistakes sometimes happen. But, these agencies are made up of people who are also Americans. They are some of the best people I have had the pleasure of working with and most take their jobs very seriously.  The systems they use have a great many checks and balances built in which very quickly identify anyone that does anything that should not be done to the system. They will be caught and the price if quite high. And, in the ineterests of full disclosure I was one of them (Pgm Mger. DoD, DoS and FBI) until I retired in 2006.

TRUST BUT VERIFY...

I voted in the last primary and was required to show my "photo ID" which in my case is my FL drivers license.  As long as I can remember I have been required to show my "photo ID" in my Precinct.  Of course my Precinct is made up of a certain class of folks who were brought up to abide by the rules, obey the law, pay their taxes and all that other boring stuff.

Recently I wanted to change my party affiliation so that I could vote in the Republican Primary. I obtained the form from the State webpage; filled it out and took it to the beaches office. The man took it and said he would forward it downtown. He did not ask for any identification at all. I asked him if he wanted to see any ID. He said that it was not necessary. Go figure...

As for internet, everyone has a SS number. If you went online and used it to vote, nobody else in the United States could vote using that number. It would be locked out. If you went online and tried to vote and found out that your SS number had been used, you could file a protest, online, and there would be a separate process for the proper holder of that number to cast his vote. But, bottom line, only one vote would be accepted for each number. The validity of each number could be checked through both SSA and Death Record databases. This would get the dead people off the roles.

It would be significantly more difficult to fool this system than it would for the myriad of systems now being used.

And, to answer a previous question about getting to all the possible voting locations on voting day, just consider the use of Absentee Ballots and many states have early voting periods during which you could move from one to the other.

OF COURSE I WOULD NEVER DO THIS!!! Most, if not all states require a photo ID, not a drivers license. Getting a photo ID in all 50 states is actually quite easy. Simply go to that state OR county; dig through the trash at someones house to get an electric bill or other bill with the target name and address on it; go to the state DMV office and ask for a free photo ID. You then have an ID with your picture and the false name & address on it. Then go to voter registration office and register to vote. Then go Vote. This process can be repeated multiple times in one or more states. Since they usually target people who have appeared in the obituary pages, i.e. DEAD People, they don't usually get caught. And, by that time they have long since moved on... Of course, there are many other sources of photo IDs.

obama is counting on half of the republicans being unconcious or brain-dead on election day and more than likely they will be.  obama playing the ol' race card appealed to the blacks a week ago to work for his re-election but it's only on the Internet - did anyone hear a howl of protest from "the media" - No of course not.  "The media" is frantically searching for skeletons in Romney's and Santorum's closets and they will succeed at some point like they have done with the other candidates.  obama can be beaten if people get out and VOTE, even if the dead manage to vote in Chicago and Miami.  There may not be another chance to exercise that freedom - keep that in mind.

RYAN NICHOLS - Hardened Criminal?? Seriously??

If you're not already aware. This is what's going on in DC while dangerous criminals are allowed back out on the streets.  It's horrifying that this is happening to our citizens and veterans for protesting the hijacking of our election process. This is still happening! They are STILL being tortured and treated like full on terrorists.

You may not be aware of the typical things they're forced to go through...…
