And personally, I don't want anymore involvement with the UN.  I want us out of the UN and the UN out of the United States.  Let them go to Tehran and put their home office there since most of the folks in the UN are tyrants and dictators (like Ovomit).

Actually, the article in the WSJ said they would LIKE to put the vote off until after the election because this treaty is very unpopular with the people (however, they would move right after the election and pass it anyway whether they win the election or no..........which certainly points to another way of doing this as these folks who have been voted out should never be making these kinds of decisions given they were voted out in most cases for voting in bills no one wants).  Anyway, we have had this treaty for about 10 years, and Panetta, Clinton, Ovomit, oil and gas companies etc. want it passed now.  I have written because it basically forces our country to get permission from the UN to go to war or strike another country even if it has already attacked us.  It forces our government to pay 1% "tax" going up to a 7% "tax over a very short amount of time which will be divied up among what are now 20 countries with 12 of them being dictatorships, supporters of terrorism, and that have values which are wholly different from anything we would knowly support.  So they will take our money and give  it to countries we would never have given money to.  VERY bad bill and certainly easy to understand why "people" don't want it as we basically give up our sovereinty.

One of the beaches members said it was published in the WSJ today that the vote is postponed until after the election.  The rats want to be re-elected before selling out the Repbulic.
