How 'The Dirty Dozen' changed our lives (rulings by the Supreme Court)

This is terribly interesting information which we should seriously look at if we are set on returning our country to the founder's vision of a true constitutional republic.  Liberal and activist judges on our supreme court have, over the years, veered way off the mark and have altered our form of government to the point which allows tyrants, like Mr. Obama, to attempt even further erosion of the intent and purpose of our founder's vision of our country and the law of the land.

 

This is the only article I could find that actually included all 12 cases that are part of the "dirty dozen", and it is well worth reading to understand why we are where we are.  As mentioned a fellow at the Cato Institute has written a book about this subject which I am sure contains far more detail about the individual cases.

From what I am given to understand about these rulings is that they changed the intent of the founders, and I personally am not sure that has turned out to be a good thing and most especially since we now have a socialist in charge of our country who is about as far from American ideals and reality as he can get.  If our constitution had not been changed by these rulings, Mr. Obama would have had a hard time imposing his will on the American people (and pretending everything was hunky doory and fine).
