Herman Cain

in Jacksonville Friday Evening

Welcome Herman Cain to Jacksonville this Friday evening, November 18 at the Times-Union Center downtown on the river.

Mr. Cain will arrive about 6:30 pm for the 7:00 pm WOKV event.  Let's flood the sidewalks outside the entrance to the Times-Union
Center from 6 pm until 7 pm singing patriotic songs and waving homemade signs for Herman Cain!

Please come out Friday to show your support for Herman Cain.  Mr. Cain will be back later in the year for a huge rally at the Landing.  The First Coat Tea Party will sponsor this event and will keep you informed of the arrangements.

Please let me know if you plan on participating!

Jack, nice write up and agree.  Although I never thought Newt and Herman would be a winning combination.  I think they will have a hard time using any of the old stuff on Newt.  He isn't the same person anymore and even he admits that.  He has been away from the Washington zoo and is now a grandfather (funny how becoming a grandparent seems to change people.........but it does).  He could put the tyrant under the table because he would talk issues totally, and Obama can't do that, because everything he did failed!

And agree with Jack about you Billie and all the people who worked to make today special.  You guys are just the greatest and every one of us appreciates each and every one of you totally!!  THANK YOU!

Amanda, I have to differ with you. Whoever gets the republican nomination will end up winning, the question is by just how big of a margin. I think that Obama has nailed his own coffin closed. We need to nominate the most coservative candidate that we can get. Yes we need to win but not just for winnings sake, we really need it to make a difference. Any one of the candidates out there would be a better choice than Obama but is winning all that really counts? We really need someone with some creative vision, with bold ideas, with the back bone and determination to stand their ground and get things done. That being said, Romney is not the best choice. He condemns Perry for giving in state tuition to illegal immigrants, while his Massachusetts Health Care plan gives them free health care. He is John McCain lite, he is only conservative when he thinks that he has to be to get elected. So choose wisely, we need to win but we need it to make a real difference this time.

I really enjoyed the rally today with Newt. Thanks again Billie for putting all of it together. I am a huge Newt fan but I have to be honest. I did not expect him to overcome all of the negative publicity that is out there about him. All to often in an election you end up having to choose between the lesser of the two evils, or just voting for one candidate because you are voting against the other, as would be the case if Romney get the nomination. This time however, there are two candidates that I would actually be honored to vote for, both Herman cain and Newt Gingrich. Herman has the business experience and Newt has the political experience, decisions, decisions, decisions. I would love to see them on the same ticket (one of them would have to move out of the state of Georgia to do that) together. I think that they would be unbeatable together, then have Ron Paul as chairman of the Federal Reserve and Michelle Bachman as speaker of the house and we would really be living in a conservative utopia. If only we were that lucky.

It is going to be Romney, and I am not happy but no other candidate in this field can go the distance. Each has had their chance. Gingrich is toast before the end of the month. Cain continues to falter. Perry, now he wants to debate Pelosi, he should try Romney first. Paul, pure as the driven snow, fake eyebrows and all, is stuck at 19%forever. Who can win in the general, probably only Romney. That is the goal, winning the general.

Patricia, I seen something on the News this morning about Newt being at the rally but they made a bigger deal about the occupy protestors planning on being there than they did on the rally itself. I am so tired of hearing them (the experts) tell us that Romney is the only one that can beat Obama. It makes me sick. Everything that is going on with fast and furious, solyndra........etc and all they can report is unsubstantiated allegations about Herman and Newt. Why should we care that Obama is running us into the ground, stealing us blind, provokes China by putting troops in Australia etc........ while at the same time telling us that we are all lazy and stupid. The occupy idiots are getting all kinds of press time, while the press barely even mentions the Tea Party.

Totally agree Joanna.  If people don't know what is going on and where to go, they don't have the option of choosing to go.  At least we post all the news we get our hands on (unlike our local newspaper...........shame on them).  Has anyone seen anything on Newt being at the landing????  They did however post a nasty on Herman about him mis-speaking on something...........nothing biased about the TU now is there!

Thank you Billie for all that you do, we are behind you all the way. As for the endorsements, we all got together on the candidates and decided on someone before the mayors race. Im not suggesting that we narrow it down to one candidate just yet but the field does need to be narrowed a little bit before the primary. Otherwise our votes will be split to thin and the establishment and the press will give us Romney by default. I personally think that Romney is John McCain/Obama lite and I would really rather not have him forced apon us like that.

RYAN NICHOLS - Hardened Criminal?? Seriously??

If you're not already aware. This is what's going on in DC while dangerous criminals are allowed back out on the streets.  It's horrifying that this is happening to our citizens and veterans for protesting the hijacking of our election process. This is still happening! They are STILL being tortured and treated like full on terrorists.

You may not be aware of the typical things they're forced to go through...…
