Front Porch: Barack Obama Funds Kenyan “Economic Opportunities” As Americans Lose Jobs

I did a double take too!  This is unreal.  So many Americans don't have jobs and he is down in Kenya helping their economy.............and trying to improve things.  I am having a hard time being charitable about this, since we have folks who have lost their homes, their jobs, in some cases, their families and with gas prices, if they still have a job and home, it is getting harder and harder to just put food on the table.  And his highness is doing this!

It seems that Barack Hussein Obama is going to be giving his “homeland” a bit of funding.  According to a recent article the United States will be funding several projects in the birthplace of Barack Obama, Kenya.  Interestingly enough, Barack Obama’s cousin happens to be prime minister there.

According to an online contract bid, posted March 20, 2012, the Barack Obama administration is set to give $50 million in funds in U S Navy coordinated military construction projects in Kenya and Djibouti.  This is in addition to deploying a Regional Advisor for the USAID’S Office of U S Foreign Disaster Assistance (OFDA), as well as an Emerging Pandemic Threats Advisor.

There is also an U.S. Trade & Development Agency-led search for a contractor to perform a “definitional mission” exploring possible funding of geothermal energy projects in Kenya and Rwanda.

Many other Kenyan projects are set to take place as well.  In fact, according to Federal Business Opportunities’ “Synopsis for the Resilience and Economic Growth in the Arid Lands-Accelerate Growth (REGAL-AG) Program” the Obama administration is intending on a five-year project, which means that Barack Obama has plans of staying in office and redistributing the wealth of you and I to Kenya.
