Duval courthouse needs to open soon, chief judge says; new tests could make that happen

This is our "week without sunshine" issue.  What would we do without something about the courthouse and either spending money or yet another "problem"?   Well here we go and here we are; we need some tests to allow them to open this monster up for business.  Although some of us will probably never see the inside of the place, I am sure all those criminals, judges and attorneys are waiting with bated breath for the big event!                 .............and maybe we should take a pass through the place at least to look at what VERY MANY of our tax dollars bought!  If, that is, the general public is allowed to go into the building without a specific reason to be there.   Given the amount of legislation passed at all levels of government these days limiting each and everything we do these days, I consider that to be a valid question.

The wheels of justice need to start rolling again soon, said  Chief Judge Donald Moran, and the judiciary cannot wait past the end of next  week to begin operations at the new courthouse.

Thursday night, the company building the courthouse planned to conduct another test of the fire alarm and suppression  ... — a six- to eight-hour project — that could allow things to begin  moving along.

If that test works, it will have to be replicated with an  independent engineer on site to confirm the system is in good shape. If the  system fails, the engineers will have to reassess the situation.

"They think they have a solution," Fire Chief Martin Senterfitt said of  Turner Construction's testing plans. "We're cautious about it because we're  getting down to the wire, and I don't know how much faith I'm going to put into  the statement. I need to see results."

RYAN NICHOLS - Hardened Criminal?? Seriously??

If you're not already aware. This is what's going on in DC while dangerous criminals are allowed back out on the streets.  It's horrifying that this is happening to our citizens and veterans for protesting the hijacking of our election process. This is still happening! They are STILL being tortured and treated like full on terrorists.

You may not be aware of the typical things they're forced to go through...…
