CNS News.com: Two-Thirds of Wisconsin Public-School 8th Graders Can’t Read Proficiently—Despite Highest Per Pupil Spending in Midwest
I had heard this yesterday on a news program in an interview of one of the Wisconsin state senators who is refusing to vote on the bill in the senate to limit union bargaining and force unions to pay more towards health care and retirement accounts. The senator indicated they needed to settle this and let these teachers get back to work.
But the senator isn't the only one. The U. S. Department of Education says Two-thirds of the eighth graders in Wisconsin public schools cannot read proficiently too.

It's horrifying that this is happening to our citizens and veterans for protesting the hijacking of our election process. This is still happening!
