Amanda, perhaps outlawing high powered Lobbyist would be a step in the right direction. Perhaps ending CRONY capitalism would be another step in the right direction. These issues are being looked at closely by conservatives and the only way it can be changed is by voting in Constitutional Fiscal Conservatives into Congress with a supermajority.

The way DC and Congress does business must change but can only be changed with a super majority of Conservatives, we see clearly what the Progressive Democrats have done and they only allow a select few now in the Senate to have say so or input, the same way Pelosi ran the House for four years from Jan 2007. IF you have been communicating with your elected representatives in Congress, they have probably told you that unless they are part of the progressive problem also.

That is in the works.

Personally i think you are just like your friend who had that wonderful site on political scandals, skeletons in the closet, not caring whether it was fiction, truth, lies or facts, just anything scandalous, he put it out there on the world wide web, who practices Palindrome. That is probably just your cuppa' tea, word play. You can answer your own senseless questions, i am done with your silly games.

Let's hope for your safety that you never get into a verbal exchange with someone like Laura Ingram, you would be ripped to shreds, verbally.

So, that isn't the point is it? The point is that they have undue influence, not because they have better ideas. But because they have more money. Now that is just stupid. It isn't that politicians would vote one way or another because of a contribution, but it gives the appearance of quid pro quo. And that benefits no one. I know JL, corporations are people, and they too are endowed by their creator.?!? Corporations were made by God right??? In my book, only people are people. Not dogs, not cats, not moo cows, people, all people. Corporations are things, like books, tables, chairs, fences, cars.

My dog isn't a person and does not enjoy Constitutional protections under the Bill of Rights. Sorry ,it just doesn't

Here is a test on if a corporation is a person or even equal to a person.

Take 3M, is it a he, she or it?

If you answer "it" then clearly it ain't a person, because they come in two sexes with occasional hermaphrodites. Test done and solved.

Note to Amanda, all the groups you mentioned are actually made up of real people, many of them.

Patricia, Tracy, i constantly communicate with elected representatives in Congress, while I will say I know Cantor did not mean it the same way as the Democrats. I have encourage him, Boehner, Ryan, McCarthy and all the others to get the communication out like the Progressive Democrats do. I constantly communicate with over 50 of them, via Congress.org and Twitter.

On Congress.org IF they only accept from their constituents, which i have written to Boehner that it is ridiculous that they do so because EVERY Congressional member is making life changing decisions that affect every American citizen, i will pull up their local offices, pick one and just put the city, the state in my info, (you must be registered to send letters to Congress) and then the zip code, then i pull up a page from the USPS: http://zip4.usps.com/zip4/welcome.jsp  put in the office address and zip code and you get the + four .

I have gotten really good at having several pages open and cutting and pasting. I also make a master page with the Congress member his phone numbers and zip code plus four for future contacts.

I got really good at it during the Health Care debacle. The 2009 Stimulus bill/American Recovery Act that was crafted by the Apollo Alliance Foundation, the massive pages of unread legislation like the Health Care bill was just rammed thru way too fast for me to get a format going. It works very well, there are quiet a few Congressional members like Allen West, Jim DeMint, John McCain, Joe Lieberman, Jason Chaffetz, Kelly Ayotte, etc., that allow you to write without zip codes.

More voters need to let their Congressional members and other Congressional members know what they think, i have two that are worthless, Crenshaw and Nelson. Rubio responds very quickly without the usual robo answer so do many others.

McCain was tweeting two days ago:

SenJohnMcCain John McCain

VP Biden: "Are we campaigning? Yes!" -- On the taxpayers' dime! content.usatoday.com/communities/th…

How about we agree not to support any candiate that takes money from any source than a "real" person.

No corporations, no unions, no PACs, no SuperPacs. Just individual contributions from indiviuals.

that way they are beholden to their constituents and not some lobbyist on his own agenda.

@GOPLeader Get the Federal Government OUT of UNIONS, OUT of the private sector. Get the Federal Government OUT OF THE WAY!

@GOPLeader How about getting rid of high power Lobbyist in DC? How about getting rid of Crony Capitalism?

@GOPLeader Cantor: Republicans agree there is 'too much income disparity' - The Hill's Video:http://bit.ly/nMHzY3 WHAT??? Get rid of CRONY CAPITALISM!

There will be many to get rid of next November.  We have to get rid of the dead wood and many who have betrayed the American people will have to go.  Mr. Cantor apparently does not realize these folks are mostly communists.

RYAN NICHOLS - Hardened Criminal?? Seriously??

If you're not already aware. This is what's going on in DC while dangerous criminals are allowed back out on the streets.  It's horrifying that this is happening to our citizens and veterans for protesting the hijacking of our election process. This is still happening! They are STILL being tortured and treated like full on terrorists.

You may not be aware of the typical things they're forced to go through...…
