With House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi's declaration that the Democrats will use any House-passed immigration bill to conference with the Schumer-Rubio-Obama amnesty bill, S.744, we have learned that Rep. Stockman is still soliciting signatures for his letter  to Speaker Boehner urging him to publicly state he will not conference with S.744.

Rep. Steve Stockman (R-Tex.) has authored a letter to House Speaker John Boehner, urging him not to bring up any immigration-related bills to the House floor without a commitment that the House will not conference narrowly-focused House bills with a comprehensive amnesty bill from the Senate.

Rep. Stockman has sent a letter to all his House GOP colleagues asking them to add their name to the letter to Speaker Boehner.  You can view the letter here.

Please call your Republican U.S. Representative and urge him/her to sign the letter to Speaker Boehner.

They are not concerned on whit about liberal polls. If they were they would know that their ideas fail when presented to the American public. The tea party is now 30 points to the negative with the American people. Is that the media's fault? No, it is terrible people who pretend to be conservatives. Who pretend to be concerned about our debt. They have no ideas except no. And that don't sell. It is a good close but a terrible sell.
