THIS IS IT FOLKS............THIS IS THE FINAL CALL.......

WHEN:   TUESDAY, 2/26/2013 – 5PM
WHERE:   CITY HALL
WHY:   TO VISUALLY AND VERBALLY STAND FIRM ON THE PEOPLE’S BELIEF THAT PAVEZ AHMED SHOULD NOT BE APPOINTED TO THE JACKSONVILLE HUMAN RIGHTS COMMISSION.

OVER THE LAST SEVERAL WEEKS YOU HAVE BEEN PROVIDED WITH FACTUAL INFORMATION THAT PROVES BEYOND ANY DOUBT THAT THIS APPOINTMENT WOULD NOT BE IN THE BEST INTERESTS OF THE CITIZENS OF THIS COUNTY. WHILE MANY HAVE MADE THIS AN “EMOTIONAL” ISSUE THE FINAL DECISION SHOULD NOT BE MADE BASED ON EMOTIONS. IT SHOULD BE BASED ON “FACTS” AND ON DOING WHAT IS “RIGHT”FOR THE CITY.
BELOW YOU WILL FIND INFORMATION PROVIDED BY RANDY MCDANIELS WHICH CLEARLY GIVES MR. AHMED AN OPPORTUNITY TO DEMONSTRATE HIS COMMITMENT TO WORK WITHIN THE BOUNDARIES OF THE AMERICAN “SYSTEM” BY SIGNING THE DOCUMENT THAT READS:

"To support the civil rights of former Muslims, also known as apostates from Islam, I sign “The Muslim Pledge for Religious Freedom and Safety from Harm for Former Muslims”:
I renounce, repudiate and oppose any physical intimidation, or worldly and corporal punishment, of apostates from Islam, in whatever way that punishment may be determined or carried out by myself or any other Muslim including the family of the apostate, community, Mosque leaders, Shariah court or judge, and Muslim government or regime."

HIS REFUSAL TO SIGN WOULD SEND A VERY CLEAR MESSAGE AS TO HIS BELIEFS AND VALUES.

WOULD ANY BUSINESS PERSON, AFTER REVIEWING A RESUME AND COMPLETING A REFERENCE CHECK WHERE INFORMATION LIKE WHAT WE ARE SEEING, EVER HIRE AN INDIVIDUAL WITH THESE CREDENTIALS AS A MEMBER OF THEIR TEAM?  WHY WOULD A LEADER OF OUR CITY EVER HAD MADE THIS NOMINATION TO BEGIN WITH?
IT IS TIME FOR CITY COUNCIL MEMBERS TO REMEMBER THEY ARE 1: BUSINESS PEOPLE. 2: ELECTED OFFICIALS WHO WORK “FOR THE PEOPLE” AND 3: HAVE A RESPONSIBILITY TO PROTECT AND PRESERVE THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.
PLEASE MAKE EVERY EFFORT TO GET TO CITY HALL THIS TUESDAY. MAKE NO EXCUSES. EVERY TEA PARTY MEMBER SHOULD UNDERSTAND THE URGENCY. WE ABSOLUTELY MUST FILL THE ROOM WITH A VISUAL DISPLAY OF OUR MESSAGE AND CONCERN. FOR THOSE THAT ARE COMFORTABLE SPEAKING BE PREPARED WITH A 3 MINUTE MESSAGE TO COUNCIL MEMBERS. IF YOU ARE NOT COMFORTABLE SPEAKING THIS IS THE TIME TO “MOVE OUTSIDE YOUR COMFORT ZONE AND TAKE A STAND.”
PLEASE TAKE THE TIME TO EMAIL AND/OR CALL ALL MEMBERS OF THE CITY COUNCIL TODAY, MONDAY AND TUESDAY. THESE THINGS DO MAKE A DIFFERENCE. THEY NEED TO SEE AND HEAR FROM US. THEY NEED OUR SUPPORT AS THEY MAKE DECISIONS. THEY NEED TO KNOW WHERE WE STAND. THEY NEED TO KNOW WE ARE WATCHING. AND:
WHEN THEY DEMONSTRATE THE COURAGE TO MAKE THE TOUGH DECISIONS, THE ONES THAT THE PRESS WILL NOT SUPPORT, THEY NEED TO KNOW THAT “WE SUPPORT THEM” AND WE WILL STAND WITH THEM WHEN THEY DO THE “RIGHT THING”.

AND WHILE WE ARE AT IT, WE NEED TO CONTACT MAYOR BROWN AND ASK HIM A FEW OF THE TOUGH QUESTIONS AS TO WHY AS A LEADER OF THIS CITY WOULD HE EVER NOMINATE ANY INDIVIDUAL WITH A BACKGROUND WHICH CLEARLY DEMONSTRATES TIES TO PEOPLE AND ORGANIZATIONS WHOSE RADICAL INTENT IS THE DESTRUCTION OF THE AMERICAN WAY OF LIFE -TO A POSITION WITHIN OUR CITY.

Jacksonville City Council Could “KILL the Human Rights Controversy”

... But will they?
February 22, 2013
By Randy McDaniels

Mayor Alvin Brown’s nomination of Parvez Ahmed, former National Chairman of the Council on American Islamic Relations (CAIR) for a second term on the Human Rights Commission has the City Council and its citizens divided on the issue.
The 2010 Jacksonville City Council had an opportunity to “Kill the Controversy” surrounding Parvez Ahmed dead in its tracks. That Council received Information from Former Muslims United, which if properly acted upon would have answered any question about the suitability of Parvez Ahmed to sit on a Human Rights body and done so in a manner which would have reasonably appealed to the sensibilities of those on both sides of this nomination.
In 2009, Former Muslims United (FMU) sent a “Pledge for Religious Freedom” to approximately (46) Florida Mosques, Islamic Centers, and other recognized Islamic leaders to include Parvez Ahmed. The letter cites authoritative Islamic Law or SHARIA from (8) renowned sources to include (3) Islamic legal bodies within North America, and all call for capital punishment for those who commit apostasy or treason by leaving the nation of Islam.
Note: Since Sharia governs all aspects of the nation of Islam, it is not really a religious legal code, but in fact a political system. Political Islam or Sharia, governs not only religion, but all aspects of Islamic life to include social, economic, political, military, and legal matters…many of which address those outside the faith of Islam irrespective of their personal rights or beliefs.
The full “Pledge for Religious Freedom” which can be viewed at the bottom of this article, finishes with a request for leaders in the Islamic community to sign a pledge in affirmation of basic Human Rights:
To support the civil rights of former Muslims, also known as apostates from Islam, I sign “The Muslim Pledge for Religious Freedom and Safety from Harm for Former Muslims”:
I renounce, repudiate and oppose any physical intimidation, or worldly and corporal punishment, of apostates from Islam, in whatever way that punishment may be determined or carried out by myself or any other Muslim including the family of the apostate, community, Mosque leaders, Shariah court or judge, and Muslim government or regime.

The authoritative Islamic laws (Sharia) cited, not only violate the right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness cherished by all Americans who recognize the Constitution as the supreme law of the land, but they also violate the right to Freedom of Religion guaranteed under 1st Amendment.
More problematic than his refusal to sign the “Pledge of Religious Freedom” is the fact CAIR members whom Parvez Ahmed worked with for years, held and currently hold leadership positions on leading Islamic legal bodies in North America, such as the Fiqh Council of North America (FCNA) and the International Institute of Islamic Thought (IIIT), which have placed their seal of approval on the “Reliance of the Traveller”, the only official English/Arabic Translation of SHARIA, which sanctions the killing of apostates and is sourced in the Pledge.
Additionally, CAIR’s Co-founder Nihad Awad, and CAIR National Board Members Muzzamil Siddiqi and Jamal Badawi sit on the Shura Council of North America, which is tasked with overseeing the implementation of Sharia law and guiding the work of the Muslim Brotherhood inside the United States. CAIR boldly honored the founder of (IIIT) Jamal Barzinji with a lifetime achievement award in September of 2012, which suggests CAIR continues to support Sharia and Muslim Brotherhood.
The Shura concept of democracy is quite different than western concepts of democracy in that a literal translation of “rule of the people” cannot occur within Islam, because all sovereignty belongs to ALLAH, meaning Sharia not the U.S. Constitution shall be the Supreme Law of the Land.
This view is also supported by leading 20th century Muslim thinkers like Sayyid Qutb (Shepard 1996:110, Hoffmann 2007:297) and Abu al-Ala al-Mawdudi (1969:215). They base their argument on Quranic verses 6:57, 12:40, and 12:67, all of which contain the phrase “in al-hukm illā li-llāh” meaning that the decision or power is God’s alone (Fatwa no. 98134 (n.d.) at IslamQA.com).
An example, which goes to the heart of why it is paramount to determine the mindset of Parvez Ahmed is (Fatwa no. 22239 (n.d.) at IslamQA.com.), which states that legislative systems which rule on matters already decided by divine intervention – such as abolishing polygamy or outlawing capital punishment – “go against the laws of the Creator” and this “constitutes disbelief (kufr)”. Those who issue Fatwa’s, look to authoritative Islamic legal text such as the “Reliance of the Traveler” in order to support their legal opinions.
By signing a document which directly renounces Sharia or “Goes against the laws of the Creator” a Sharia Adherent Muslim would render himself an enemy of the Islamic State (Apostate) unless he was under threat of death or extreme duress, at such times it is permissible deceive and/or lie even about such grave matters as religious belief, which is normally forbidden.
Holy Deception (Taqiyya) and Permissible lying are basic tenants of the Islamic legal and religious code, which make lying and deception obligatory on all Muslims if the action is obligatory. The Hijrah (migration) to settle enemy lands for eventual Islamic conquest and Jihad – Islamic warfare against non-Muslim to establish the religion are obligatory actions. Jihad can take many forms to include information warfare (propaganda, dawah/outreach, as well as financial warfare (Sharia Compliant Finance (SCF)), however Jihad Qital or violent Jihad is the most revered.
Note: CAIR advertises they are Zakat eligible on their website. Meaning, CAIR can collect money for the (8) categories of Islamic giving which includes JIHAD. However, CAIR boast all of their giving goes for Zakat Fi-Sabilillah or entirely for the purpose of Jihad and has since Parvez Ahmed held the position of National Chairman.
The specific language crafted in the “Pledge for Religious Freedom” strips the ability a political Islamist to wordsmith in order to give a misleading impression of tolerance and moderation where such moderation may not truly exist.
For example: Under Islamic Legal definitions, non-Muslims are sub-human and guilty of sin (not Innocent) since they are not Muslim. Terrorism is understood as the UNJUST killing of a Muslim only (The killing of an apostate, homosexual, and Kufr are all justified).
In light of these Islamic Understandings, consider the following statement:
“In my religion we are forbidden from killing any innocent human being and I unequivocally denounce terrorism in any form it may take.”
If this statement was made by a Sharia adherent Muslim, did it violate any tenants of Islamic law? Understanding Sharia, does this statement in anyway condemn the killing of non-Muslims, homosexuals, or apostates which are contrary to western notions of basic Human Rights? The answer to both of these questions is no and this statement is in no way moderate.
The vast majority of Jacksonville residents have never heard an honest discussion regarding the numerous concerns surrounding this appointment. Unfortunately, what they have seen is members of the Council, the Florida Times Union, NAACP, ACLU and even the local Democrat Party jump on the race bait bandwagon with accusations of fear mongering, Islamophobia and outright Racism.
Those opposed to this appointment have cited the fact CAIR was labeled a Co-conspirator in the largest successfully prosecuted terrorism finance trial in U.S. history (US vs. HLF, 2008), as well as evidence which clearly demonstrates the organization which Parvez Ahmed held a leadership position in for over (10) years was created to support HAMAS with funds, media and manpower.
In addition, Parvez Ahmed has gone on record, making direct statements in support of convicted terrorist, terrorist groups HAMAS and Hezbollah, as well as writing numerous articles which appear to support the stated goals of the Muslim Brotherhood in furtherance of their “Civilization Jihad” inside America to include a recent article which suggested criminalizing free speech if it offends Islam, the Prophet Muhammad, or Muslims in accordance with Sharia Slander Law which are being pushed by the OIC at the U.N. via resolution 16/18.
In a rational world, these facts would be more than enough to disqualify this nomination and those courageous councilmen and women who changed their position based on the facts should not have been crucified in the media but commended.
With “Honor Killings” on the rise and a segment of the American population living in fear of persecution and threat death for nothing more than trying to exercise their 1st Amendment rights, the City Council would be derelict in their duty if they did not utilize ever tool available to ensure the Constitutional freedoms of every citizen are protected.
The “Pledge for Religious Freedom” provides an excellent tool to “KILL the Controversy” surrounding Parvez Ahmed’s suitability to hold a seat on a Human Rights Commission and ensue the rights of former Muslims are protected.
The real question is will City Council take advantage of this Freedom Document?

The Muslim Pledge for Religious Freedom
And Safety from Harm for Former Muslims
Whereas:
All four schools of Sunni Islamic law (Hanafi, Maliki, Shafi`i, and Hanbali), as well as the main schools of Shia Islamic law, unanimously agree that a former Muslim male, also known as an apostate, must be executed. While some hold that an apostate woman should also be executed, the Encyclopedia of Islamic Law: A compendium of the Major Schools, adapted by Laleh Bakhtiar, states that she should be imprisoned or beaten five times a day until she repents or dies. These specific world renowned Islamic legal authorities join in this consensus:
Head of the Fatawa Council of Al-Azhr, Abdullah al-Mishadd, of Al-Azhar University, the pre-eminent Shariah legal authority, Fatwa issued September 23, 1978: “This man has committed apostasy; he must be given a chance to repent and if he does not then he must be killed according to Shariah. As far as his children are concerned, as long as they are children they are considered Muslim, but after they reach the age of puberty, then if they remain with Islam they are Muslim, but if they leave Islam and they do not repent they must be killed…”*
Mufti of Lebanon, Beirut, Fatwa issued November 13, 1989: “Now, should the apostate (male or female) persist in his apostasy, he should be given the opportunity to repent, prior to his being put to death, out of respect for his Islam. A misunderstanding on his part may have taken place, and there would thus be an opportunity to rectify it. Often apostasy takes place on account of an offer (of inducement). So Islam must be presented to the apostate, things should be clarified, and his sin made manifest. He should be imprisoned for three days, so that he may have the opportunity to reflect upon his situation. This three-day period has been deemed adequate. But if the man or the woman has not repented of his or her raddah, but has continued to persist in it, then he or she should be put to death…”*
Ibn Rushd (Averroes), The Distinguished Jurist’s Primer, “Chapter on the Hukm of the Murtadd (Apostate),” Volume II, (p. 552), Section 56.10: “An apostate, if taken captive before he declares war, is to be executed by agreement in the case of a man, because of the words of the Prophet (God’s peace and blessings be upon him), “Slay those who change their din:. They disagreed about the execution of a woman and whether she to be required to repent before execution. The majority said that a woman (apostate) is to be executed…”
Ahmad ibn Naqib al-Misri, Reliance of the Traveller, translation approved by Al-Azhar Islamic Research Academy and IIIT, 1994 (p. 595): “ o8.1 When a person who has reached puberty and is sane voluntarily apostatizes from Islam, he deserves to be killed….o8.4 There is no indemnity for killing an apostate (O: or any expiation, since it is killing someone who deserves to die).”
Ismail R. Al-Faruki , the Founder of International Institute of Islamic Thought (IIIT), Islam, 1979 (p. 68): “That is why Islamic Law has treated people who have converted out of Islam as political traitors…[Islam] must deal with the traitors when convicted after due process of law either with banishment, life imprisonment, or capital punishment…but once their conversion is proclaimed, they must be dealt with as traitors to the state.”
Louay Safi, the former Executive Director of IIIT and the Executive Director of the Islamic Society of North America (ISNA) Leadership Development Center, Peace and the Limits of War, IIIT publication, 2003 (p. 25): “A quiet desertion of personal Islamic duties is not a sufficient reason for inflicting death on a person. Only when the person’s desertion of Islam is used as a political tool for instigating a state of disorder, or revolting against the law of Islam, can the individual apostate then be put to death as a just punishment for his act of treason and betrayal of the Muslim community.”
Shaikh Syed Abul A’ala Maududi, Pakistani Islamic authority, The Punishment of the Apostate According to Islamic Law, translation by Syed Silas Husain, 1994: “In any case the heart of the matter is that children born of Muslim lineage will be considered Muslims and according to Islamic law the door of apostasy will never be opened to them. If anyone of them renounces Islam, he will be as deserving of execution as the person who has renounced kufr to become a Muslim and again has chosen the way of kufr. All the jurists of Islam agree with this decision. On this topic absolutely no difference exists among the experts of shari’ah.”
Therefore:
To support the civil rights of former Muslims, also known as apostates from Islam, I sign “The Muslim Pledge for Religious Freedom and Safety from Harm for Former Muslims”:
I renounce, repudiate and oppose any physical intimidation, or worldly and corporal punishment, of apostates from Islam, in whatever way that punishment may be determined or carried out by myself or any other Muslim including the family of the apostate, community, Mosque leaders, Shariah court or judge, and Muslim government or regime.

UPDATE:

FROM WATCHDOGWIRE - FLORIDA
Republican Club unanimously rejects Muslim for Human Rights post
Parvez Ahmed 2
Republican Club of West Jacksonville
February 26, 2013
by Randy McDaniels
inShare1

A Jacksonville Republican Club sent a strong message to their City Council regarding the nomination of former National Chairman of the Council on American Islamic Relations (CAIR) for a 2nd term on the city’s Human Rights Commission.

The Republican Club of West Jacksonville put the issue before their members who voted unanimously to oppose the reappointment of Parvez Ahmed to the Human Rights Commission.

Jacksonville, FL –Today, February 25th 2013, The Republican Club of West Jacksonville announced their opposition to City Council bill 2013-75 in regard to the reappointment of Parvez Ahmed to the Jacksonville Human Rights Commission.

The Club’s executive board felt the issue should be addressed and brought it before the Club for a formal vote. The Club Unanimously voted in opposition to Mr. Ahmed’s reappointment, and subsequently voted to publicly announce the results of the vote via a formal PRESS RELEASE.

The Clubs President John Taylor said “We do not support anyone using public positions to undermine our constitution and our American values. The citizens of the Westside are tired of a politically correct party that will not stand up and fight for our values by opposing this kind of public policy so we felt it necessary to publicly oppose this reappointment.”

Betty Hayes, Vice President of the Club and owner of two successful business for over 20 years said “Most of the community we talk to feel that Parvez Ahmed is unsuitable for any Human Rights position and we felt our Club should lead by example” CLICK HERE to read the full Press Release.

The club listed three main reasons for their opposition of Parvez Ahmed to the Human Rights Position;

Mr. Ahmed’s past leadership of CAIR (The Council on American Islamic Relations)
Parvez Ahmed’s refusal to sign the “Muslim Pledge for Religious Freedom and Safety from Harm for Former Muslims”, which states:

“I renounce, repudiate and oppose any physical intimidation, or worldly and corporal punishment, of apostates from Islam, in whatever way that punishment may be determined or carried out by myself or any other Muslim including the family of the apostate, community, Mosque leaders, Shariah court or judge, and Muslim government or regime.”

His recent comments in a 2012 Tampabay.com News paper article calling on limiting certain aspects of free speech by criminalizing speech against Islam stating in part ” In an increasingly interdependent world where diverse populations are linked by social media and 24-hour news cycles, the extent to which defaming religion may be analogous to shouting fire in a crowded theater is a debate worth having

Former Muslims United (FMU) is a group of Muslim Apostates who live in America under the very real threat of death for simply wanting to practice a faith other than Islam or no faith at all. These threats are sanctioned under Islamic Law (Sharia) via the most prominent Islamic Legal bodies in the Islamic world to include the Fiqh Council of North America (FCNA) and the International Institute of Islamic Thought (IIIT) which reside in North America.

CAIR, the group Parvez Ahmed held a leadership position in for over (10) years, recently awarded Jamal Barzinji a lifetime achievement award. Barzinji is a founding member of the Muslim Brotherhood in America and the founder of the IIIT, which has placed its seal of approval on the only officially approved English/Arabic translation of Sharia.

Parvez Ahmed has made numerous statements in support of convicted terrorist Sami Al Arian, terrorist groups HAMAS and Hezbollah, and was an avid opponent and author of several propaganda articles condemning the Holy Land Foundation Trials as nothing more than a witch-hunt, and called the war on terror a war against Islam.

Parvez Ahmed closely monitored the US vs. HLF Trial in his capacity as the National Chairman of CAIR, which was also named a Co-Conspirator as a result of their role in funding HAMAS. Ahmed wrote many propaganda articles and was intimately familiar with the evidence presented by the prosecution, to include the fact (ISNA) the Islamic Society of North America and (NAIT) the North America Islamic Trust accepted multiple checks with comments on the memo lines or elsewhere that their monies were specifically to fund the “Palestinian Mujahedeen”, translated as Palestinian Holy Warriors or what we refer to as terrorist.

The Republican Club of the West Side of Jacksonville and the City Council may not realize they may have more to consider than his article contrary to the 1st Amendment. Since Ahmed’s appointment:

In 2012, during his position as Jacksonville Human Rights Commissioner, Parvez Ahmed conducted (3) ISNA workshops to include one on Sharia Compliant Finance (SCF) during the ISNA National Convention. A component of SCF is Zakat or Islamic giving, which consists of (8) categories, one of which is the funding of Jihad or Islamic Warfare to establish the deen (religion).
In 2010, Parvez Ahmed was a FEATURED Speaker at another ISNA Annual Convention.
Currently on the official ISNA website Parvez Ahmed is listed as a FEATURED ISNA SPEAKER available for appropriate Islamic events.
Video1 and Video2: captured shows Parvez Ahmed telling American for Separation of Church and State, that Sharia was not law, Zakat did not fund Jihad, and that Sharia Finance was “Socially Responsible Investing” as well as refusing to denounce those laws when confronted with the facts.
Parvez Ahmed wrote Memo: to Osama Bin Laden, stating he was killed in accordance with Sharia, the very law he said did not exist just weeks earlier in the video link above.

It seems Jacksonville Human Rights Commissioner Parvez Ahmed has an ulterior agenda and Jacksonville has lent him way to much credibility. Many agree with the Republican of the West Jacksonville… It is time to lead with courage and integrity, it’s time to truly stand for the Human Rights to include those of Former Muslims, and it’s time stand against scourge of political correctness which is destroying our nation.

The City Council is expected to vote on the reappointment tomorrow, Tuesday, February 26, 2013. There are (19) councilman who appear to be divided on the issue. Several Civic Groups have weighed in with mountains of evidence; if Parvez Ahmed is reappointed it will be with the Councils full knowledge of his leadership role in the Palestine Committee (HAMAS), his support of Sharia which is diametrically opposed to the U.S. Constitution and basic Human Rights, as well as continued support of Muslim Brotherhood groups like ISNA.

In light of all the evidence recieved by Council, a vote for Parvez Ahmed during the Reagan Era would likely have been grounds for charges of material support for terrorism. That was yesteryear…. Today CPAC host Go Proud, the Muslim Student Association, and republicans have caved on virtually every issue the Obama regime has pressed for.

Let’s Pray the our local government and New City Council shows true leadership, courage, and integrity by voting against this nomination!

How about this pledge by Christians then, it only seems fair:

As a US citizen I peldge to refuse to be the part of any religious community that preaches defiance or abrrogation of US law to include: any church that supports the restriction of any person seeking an abortion anywhere in the US.

Thanks to all, and thank you Beth for the detailed information. It helps in the understanding of the issue we face.. One way or the other maybe a press release is in order..If we only had some financing of our own..A full page ad on the weekend would be nice too. We must never take our eyes off things again. Time to fully engage folks.. We need everyone involved.

In addition to the above, Federal Judge Jarge A. Solis presiding over a case in July 2009, stated in the court record that the US “Government has produced ample evidence to establish the association of CAIR ..(and others)… with the HLP, IAP and HAMAS”.  In other words, the US Government has plenty of evidence to tie CAIR to the HAMAS.  Since Ahmed was previously the President of CAIR, wouldn’t a light bulb go off in some city officials head??? Gee, I guess not.  Anyway, this data was explained and provided by email to the 19 City Council members on Jan 22 and again on Feb 11, 2013 along with a suggestion that they confirm Ahmed’s credentials with the FBI.  The case number is 3:04-cr-00240-P and can be viewed on the internet. (The previous quote is from page 15 of the case)  This situation not only tells one that Ahmed has ties to the HAMAS and other Un-American organizations, but that our city officials never even conducted the slightest investigation on Ahmed, even after numerous challenges by the citizens of Jacksonville over a number of years.  If you and I can find incriminating evidence simply by googling, how hard would it have been for our city officials to do even a cursory check?? Of course, Ahmed did contribute to some of their campaigns….and that’s okay/perfectly legal…but….one wonders….   I'll be there early Tuesday and have some extra copies of the court record if you would like to take a look.  I sure hope lots and lots of folks against this appointment show up on Tues. because there will no doubt be plenty pro-Ahmed there with their discrimination agenda.  Better plan to get there early.
