HB-245 Burden of Proof restores the presumption of innocence in self-defense cases and puts the burden of proof back on the state where it belongs. Please back Rep. Bobby Payne on his bill.

CS/HB-779 Open Carry Protection removes criminal penalties for violations of the open carry law and keeps a person who has a concealed firearms license from being arrested and charged with a crime if their firearm becomes temporarily exposed to another person’s sight. This bill by Rep. Neil Combee needs your support also.

CS/HB-849 Carry on Church Property restores private property rights to churches and eliminates restrictions that prevent churches from allowing firearms on church property if church property is ever used for any type of schooling. This bill also by Rep. Neil Combee needs your support.
