The liberals analysts’ are claiming that the Tea Party candidates’ loses last night are proof that the Tea Party is a radical group and is rejected by the good American voters. I disagree with their results.

Ken T. Cuccinelli II: Cuccinelli was the Tea Party candidate, he is very conservative and was down by double digits early on in the campaign. As the election drew closer more people began looking at the candidates and Cuccinelli began closing the gap. The candidates were Ken T. Cuccinelli and Terry R. McAuliffe. The situation was developing into a potential embarrassment for the Democrats. Enter a liberal PAC to help register and fund the Libertarian candidate Robert C. Sarvis. About 10% of the Republican Party is Libertarian and many vote for a Libertarian candidate without regard for the election outcome. They have a very narrow list of platform issues that differentiate them from the mainstream Republicans and this difference is enough to abandon the conservative candidate. Sarvis drew off 6.5% of the Republican votes. McAuliffe won by 1.5% over Cuccinelli. The Republican candidates had 52% of the votes in Virginia. The Tea Party candidate, Cuccinelli had 45% of the votes in a solid blue state while professing conservative ideals. He had minimal support from the (extablishment) RNC. He is no moderate.

Chris Christie:           Christie won handily in New Jersey as a Republican. He started out in 2010 as a Tea Party candidate because he spoke very conservatively and decisively so. He left no doubt where he stood when he spoke. He has since taken decisively liberal stands on some issues and embraced progressive leadership. Christie espoused unwavering commitment to his ideals and showed determination in achieving his goals. He is no moderate.

The non-conservatives insist that constitutional conservatives are the radical far right, the conservatives are radicals and, if the Republicans hope to win an election they need to espouse moderate ideals. The establishment Republicans presented such candidates in the 2008 and 2012 general elections. Being a moderate today is not a winning position.

Constitutional Correctness trumps political correctness where ever the two are in conflict.

Not true. Those were already gerrymandered and fool proof.
In the last Republican presidential primary there no less than five tea party approved candidates, Perry, Cain, Bachmann, Gingrich and Santorum, not one of them could beat Romney, the man who invented Obamacare. If a tea party candidate can't win the Republican primary, how would they ever win a national election. Really, how?
Blaming voters for not voting for your candidate is ridiculous. It may be that you do not have enough people who are for the same things you are. So either you change what you are for or get used to losing. Hogan lost in Jacksonville to a black man.
Stop blaming Christie for winning, in 2010 he was the tea party darling when he was speaking about education, which was essentially Common Core. He didn't change, he has always been the same guy. And he won. Cuchinelli lost because he couldn't beat a democratic with more baggage than the Union Pacific Railroad. He only needed 41% to win and he failed. Why? Because there was a third party, no, because he couldn't get to 41%. Failure will become common and the tea party will diminish in ability to shape the debate. Tea party candidates have lost six elections for U

Franklin, Cuccinelli lost because Libertarians dumped the GOP for Sarvis. The Democrats aided the third party candidate financially. A third party candidate was the Democrats only hope for victory.

RYAN NICHOLS - Hardened Criminal?? Seriously??

If you're not already aware. This is what's going on in DC while dangerous criminals are allowed back out on the streets.  It's horrifying that this is happening to our citizens and veterans for protesting the hijacking of our election process. This is still happening! They are STILL being tortured and treated like full on terrorists.

You may not be aware of the typical things they're forced to go through...…
