Ok, can we get everyones opinions on all of the Amendments on the Ballot. The only one that I have heard anything about is Amendment 4. Anyone have any good information on any of them? I would like to hear what everyone has to say.
Comment
Voting no is what I usually do, but was going to look up info on #4. As for the judges I am not inpressed with any of them and usually vote against them all. I was just looking for some other opinions on them.
Jack: here is the blog:

Jerry Holland and Cord Byrd, a Constitutional attorney, spoke at the Beaches meeting last Monday. They taught us an easy to remember test. If the topic of the amendment has no business being in a Constitution, vote no. Example, there is one amendment to give vetrans a better homestead. Now is there anyone who does not want our veterans to have the best? But, what business does that have in the Constitution? NONE. It can easily be proposed and enacted as legislation. I personally am voting no for most of the amendments and all of the Fl. Supreme Ct. judges.
I hadnt seen anything on any of them so far but I will check it out
Hello Jack! Our Supervisor of Elections, Jerry Holland will be speaking about the amendments at the Small Business Group on Tuesday, October 16. Check the Events tab for information. Also, I believe there is a blog on this site regarding the 2012 Amendments which was written by KrisAnne Hall. It is excellent.
If you're not already aware. This is what's going on in DC while dangerous criminals are allowed back out on the streets. It's horrifying that this is happening to our citizens and veterans for protesting the hijacking of our election process. This is still happening! They are STILL being tortured and treated like full on terrorists.
You may not be aware of the typical things they're forced to go through...…
