3-27-12  Tonight Debbie Gonzalez gave a talk about "Americans for Prosperity".  Their mission is economic freedom, less government, and less taxation.  Statistics show that countries with the most freedom have the highest income per person, longer life expectancy, lower infant mortality, and are more environmentally responsible.  "Americans for Prosperity" has a web site to help people become educated and get involved - www.AFPFlorida.com, which provides info and a link to send messages to our congressmen.  Debbie also explained their current project of which includes making phone calls to gather information which will be analyzed to build a data base, which then can be used to "relationship build" and help get out the vote!  "Americans for Prosperity" wants us to stop looking at the candidates and to focus on the issues.  "Make the candidates chase the issues!"

Jon passed out Saul Alinski's "Rules for Radicals".  Alinski, 1909-1972, is considered to be the founder of modern community organizing and is credited with the grassroots politics of the 60's.  Hillary Clinton wrote her honor thesis at Wellesley College on Saul Alinski, and Barack Obama was influenced and based his presidental campaign on his teachings.  In Alinski's most well known  book, Rules for Radicals, 1971, he wrote "the job of the organizer is to manuver and bait the establishment" and "there are no rules of fair play".  It probably doesn't occur to a lot of people that President Obama actually studied ways to "increase insecurity, anxiety, and uncertainty" (rule #3) in his political opponents!  Google Saul Alinski and look up his 12 rules - it will give you insight as to what's happening to us.  We need to learn these tactics so we can recognize them when we see them, and use them ourselves.

By the way, there's always "refreshments" at Westside's meetings - enough to make a meal, so don't let a hungry belly keep you away!

RYAN NICHOLS - Hardened Criminal?? Seriously??

If you're not already aware. This is what's going on in DC while dangerous criminals are allowed back out on the streets.  It's horrifying that this is happening to our citizens and veterans for protesting the hijacking of our election process. This is still happening! They are STILL being tortured and treated like full on terrorists.

You may not be aware of the typical things they're forced to go through...…
