Event Description

We have quite a bit of new information to share with everyone.

The first is good and bad news. We were unable to get a room at the library the night we needed it. The University North branch of the library changed their hours effective 1/1/2010, and I had contacted them back in December (no change was mentioned at that time). The Regency Branch of the library was booked for our night. So, for this month only, we will meet at my home at 7241 Maple Tree Drive. It is very easy to find. The street is located off Townsend Blvd. between Merrill Road and Fort Caroline Road, and we are the 3rd house on the left side (circular driveway). There is plenty of safe on street parking as we do not get a great deal of traffic on our street.

During the meeting, we will decide the day and time our next meeting will convene as we have numerous choices for a meeting place depending on that choice. Jeff Burgess went the extra mile trying to find an alternate for us this month with no success but I want to thank him for his above and beyond efforts. The library does tend to be our best choice as they offer the use of video equipment plus pretty much anything else we might require.

We have a speaker for the meeting next Thursday, the 21st, Tim Ramsey, and he will be speaking on " Positive and Negative Liberty" in light of President Obama's constant discourse on our constitution being a document of negative liberties, we felt this might be very relevant subject matter. Tim is well versed, and I look forward to hearing him speak. Tim is also be arranging a showing of "33 minutes" for our February meeting.

We will have light refreshments and we hope everyone will get a chance to get to know each other.

If you have any questions at all, please feel free to contact me. I look forward to meeting all of you.
Pat

RYAN NICHOLS - Hardened Criminal?? Seriously??

If you're not already aware. This is what's going on in DC while dangerous criminals are allowed back out on the streets.  It's horrifying that this is happening to our citizens and veterans for protesting the hijacking of our election process. This is still happening! They are STILL being tortured and treated like full on terrorists.

You may not be aware of the typical things they're forced to go through...…
