What I would like to know is whether or not that this U-Tube was sent to the appropriate people?  Agree with all of you, "AMEN" to what this gentlemen said.  We need to continue to bombard our so called government with calls, emails, letters, etc.  I have done it all but it does seem futile as they are doing what they want, not what the people want.  They are afraid for their careers with the exception of a few, ie Col West.  The entire Congress and the so called Presidents, have over the years brought us to this point should they not be held responsible?  Perhaps there should be a Constitutional Amendment saying that if they go over the debt, then the money needs to come first out of their pockets then I think there may be a stopping point?  Same thing for their pet projects.   A Commanding Officer of any ship is held accountable for what his troops do, there is No grace there.  Should Congress and the President not be held to the same level?

@Andrew Miska regarding your item number 3: The Congresscritters pay into Social Security. This started the last time it was "reformed" in the mid-1980s to supposedly make it solvent for AAAAAAAAALL time. They bellyached so much that they couldn't possibly live in retirement on what Social Security pays, they created a separate retirement plan for themselves in addition. This is the same arrangement President Bush tried to have enacted for we ordinary people, that Congress shot down saying we were too stupid to manage our own affairs.

And here is the problem with the Boehner bill........it is a trap.  Speaker Boehner would be better off adding his cuts to the Reid bill and keeping the ball in the house's court.  If he allows the dems in the senate to pull this off, republicans could shoulder the blame for what these corrupt folks in the white house and senate are doing to our country.

I agree with everything on the list of cuts!  And many are solid cuts and not the smoke and mirrors provided by the dems.
